The cottage is small and rustic but quite lovable, with a gorgeous waterfront view as well as an abundant and energizing garden providing privacy from the neighbours. The lake is clean, frequently tested and perfect for a swim!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. An annex on two floors in an eco-friendly house.

You have your own private entrance and this gives you access to two rooms on two floors. There is a first bed on the first floor with the sauna. On the second floor, there is a second double bed and a full bathroom. The annex is connected by a closed corridor to the main house (shared) where you will find the kitchen and the laundry room. The annex is never shared with other guests, even if you only take one bed.
