Maison Corbionne – In the heart of Perche

The Maison Corbionne is located in Condé-sur-Huisne, in the heart of the Perche Regional Nature Park. We have put our heart into a very green decoration. The house is ideal for 6/8 people with its three double bedrooms (160 x 200 beds). We have renovated and insulated the attic, it is equipped with 2 single beds 80 x 190. In winter the fireplace and the large living room will offer you a good time of cocooning, In summer, the 3000 m2 fruit garden with river and heated pool will seduce you!

The charms of an authentic Percheron house: old stones, terracotta tiles, beams, large fireplace. At the end of the hamlet, facing south, it opens onto a wooded and hilly park of 6500 m². The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, an equipped kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8 place settings and benches), a living room with a large fireplace and a bar (cozy for evenings in family by the fireside or parties). Garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, table tennis, ..

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In the heart of Perche, come and recharge your batteries in our guest house. In the middle of the countryside, the guest house will seduce you with its location, the charm of the place, its comfort, its calm. There are many hiking trails from the guest house. The village and its many shops are easily accessible on foot, about a quarter of an hour by the small roads. Bretoncelles train station (Paris–Le Mans line) is 1 km from the house.
