The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

Our little cocoon is peacefully located in the heart of nature. This is a 36 m2 chalet, which we have renovated to offer you a comfortable place. It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV and WI-FI and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. To relax in any season, a professional spa has just taken place and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated on sunny days).

In our large property, we offer an apartment for couples, families, and friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking lunch baskets €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 minutes from the city center.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.

After putting your suitcases in our little haven of peace, you can discover our beautiful region. Located 2 minutes by car from the medieval city and 5 minutes from the city center, you can leave our small hamlet at your leisure to go to the banks of the Canal du Midi, relax on the beaches of Lake Cavayère or hike on the trails of the Black Mountain.
