We really had a wonderful stay! For the price, having a whole apartment to yourself, a well-equipped kitchen, a large comfortable bed and even a sofa and TV - it's definitely worth it! The location is great, you have a small shop nearby where you can buy groceries, and the nearest supermarket was within walking distance in 30 minutes. And of course, the lake is practically right on the doorstep! Communication with Giovanni was great, he was very friendly and responded quickly! :)

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

amazing apartment. nice location, view amazing on Como lake and surrounding mountains. apartment well equipped, kitchen has all appliances, apartment has everything what you need to enjoy your stay. in kitchen you can find salt, sugar , coffee,tea, spice mix, oil, pasta, milk, water, cookies and more, that was very helpful for us. we feel like at home. beds so comfortable, very clean, spotless. small terrace and view amazing. Dedicated car park space. few restaurants close. Village very authentic, beautiful. Host very good, responsible, easy communication. Highly recommend this place. next time I definitely will stay again.

Accommodation was absolutely sufficient and easy to reach (on foot quite steep uphill but we were already aware of that before). Parking is also possible very close by. The host was always quick to reach and friendly.

I highly recommend this place!! It was extremely clean, a comfortable bed, a beautiful view everywhere you looked, everything you would need. The house came with little treats, maps, information, and was walkable to sweet little restaurants, views etc. The hosts were SO kind, helpful and wonderful!! We would entirely stay there again!

We had a great stay at the place! Everything was very clean and the facilities left nothing to be desired – everything was really thought of. The location is great: you are right on the water and have a fantastic view of Lake Como. Two beautiful restaurants are very close. The bus connection is also great - the stop is right nearby, and you can easily reach many places without a car. This is also highly recommended, as the streets are often very narrow and parking in the surrounding towns (depending on the season) can be difficult. Before Airbnb, there was free parking, but it was often occupied. With a larger car, it could be a bit tricky to find a free parking space, depending on the season. A supermarket is about 5 minutes by car. Communication with the landlady was very friendly and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and look forward to our next visit.
