Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Our stay in Mehdia was unforgettable! Elyes's beachfront apartment exceeded our expectations. Waking up to ocean views was a dream. Elyes went above and beyond as a host, and Fattouma's warm welcome made us feel right at home. The location was perfect - just as advertised. We're already planning our next visit!

everything went well, communication without problems, clean and cozy housing. Nearby shops, restaurants and taxis, to the city and the beach about 15 minutes walk. It's not possible in the language of this world to say compliments about the place and the owner. They are so kind and wonderful. I was always in the customer's shoes and helped them feel comfortable.The place was very clean and tidy. The surrounding environment is also good. As a foreigner, I introduced and participated in their culture. They took a boat with them, went to the sea, and invited lunch. They took care of their alone customers like family. I was comfortable and happy as if I went to a relative's house for 3 days and 2 nights. I didn't meet a friend there, I met my family. I will never forget it. I will definitely go back next time.

Dar rim is a daydream in one of the best destinations in Tunisia The location is perfect, the house thought out, furnished and decorated with great taste and elegance, a real homage to Tunisian craftsmanship. Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

Excellent communication with the host. We were always asked about our well-being and tips for restaurants and the like were also given. Clean apartment and great stay. Some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stop practically outside the door. The only negative point is unfortunately the nearby beach, which stinks of sewage and unfortunately is also very dirty, which is typical for Tunisia.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very cozy – exactly as described. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for questions. The absolute highlight: right on the doorstep was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. A fantastic place to relax. I'd love to come back! Thank you, Raouia❤️

Mounir is a very friendly and responsive host,the estate is very beautiful ,the studio is large with beautiful veranda. just a little effort to equip it better. excellent value for money.
