Great place on the edge of Salalah right on the beach. Free parking in front. Good wifi and smart tv. Airco throughout. Host was very responsive and helpful. Water and milk in fridge on arrival much appreciated.

Great surroundings around . Like a resort. Nice and clean appartment with everything you need. Need to have a car because visiting places and city are far. Tap water quality and matress quality can be better Overall 5/5 because of great surroundings, clean appartment and fully equipped kitchen.

The place is clean and quiet, in front of the sea side in Hawana resort. The host Nesma is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, between Dharbat and city center.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had nice water view and across the road is a nice restaurant, swimming pool and kids play ground.

Great Location in the marina opposite the island restaurant, one flight of stairs, fabulous views. The place could do it some proper cleaning and better Wi-Fi. It’s location location, location. great host. We would return Ken Mallorca

Our stay at Saeed's was perfect. We did not have the opportunity to meet Saeed but he was a very responsive and available host. The space was clean and spotless. The area is very peaceful and very secure. The view of the pool is lovely. The accommodation is a very good base to reach all the places to visit in the Salalah area. I would recommend it in a second.

What a lovely place to stay! The surrounding neighbourhood has lots to do and there are many restaurants nearby.

I have no words to describe this vacation..it was freqm come true ..It was luxurious felt so safe ..I had a great time t was jus perfect..Mr. Saeed was so professional abd helpful througout my stay ...I hope i didnt bother him much..I will definitely stay again and next time i will bring my parents to enjoy this luxurious stay.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures – easy to access, clean, and peaceful. It's just a 5-minute walk to Rotana and only 2 minutes to the play area and pool. Alexandra is a responsive host who made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

The place is great and as described in the listing and its details. The host is quick to respond making things easier. Wonderful place to stay in a residential compound. A quite and peaceful place to relax. One thing to consider if planning to travel around is that a vehicle will be needed. The place is a bit inward, but has delivery services (Talabat) for groceries.

I sat 7 nights .. The villa is very clean and new and everything in it is excellent. It is about 10 minutes away and close to the airport The rooms are old and everything is available in the villa from supplies such as ( iron - and kleenex …etc.) The most important thing is water is strong in the bathrooms, may God bless you and the owner of the villa is very cooperative I strongly recommend living there and thanking brother Salem the owner of the villa

Samih's place is in a quiet, relaxing area. You can easily have a walk around, dine in at the restaurants nearby after a day trip in and around Salalah. The house is cozy and welcoming, as described. We would definitely come back to his place! Shukran for hosting us!

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!
