There is a spacious living room and an indoor preparation kitchen, in addition to a large outdoor kitchen suitable for preparing family meals. There are two upper rooms that can be used for maids or escorts or as additional rooms, with mattresses provided. There is a large garden, a private pool, comfortable outdoor seating, and a children's play area. The villa is located in the Dahraiz area, minutes from Grand Mall and the Dahraiz waterfront, which has many restaurants and cafes, to give you a quiet stay that combines the comfort of home with a high-end hospitality atmosphere.

On the resort there is a Marina area with restaurants/bars & facilities for Dolphin Watching , Sports Fishing & other boating activities. Kindly note that the Rotana Resort is at present closed.
