If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

The place was large, spacious, clean, and safe. Great area with easy walk to pretty much everything. Theo was very responsive. The rules were not overwhelming and very reasonable. I think if you’re in Athens for a few days with more than 2 people this place is definitely it!

Think about your best AirBnb experience - then multiply that by TEN. That’s the level of experience you can expect when booking Agathi’s incredible place. Agathi’s communication was great. We arrived late in the evening, and not only did she wait up for us, she even had her own father escort us up the last turnoff, since it can be difficult to see the right road in the dark. Then her family stopped by in the morning to provide breakfast to our family. We never expected any of this. By the time we had to leave, we felt like Agathi was family. My only regret is that we had already booked activities in Athens for a couple days, when we really could have just stayed and enjoyed the AirBnb and all its amenities a little more. We felt like we had our own private resort! Shall we do the pool today? Hot tub? Or snorkle the Aegean today? Sunrises from the patio! Amazing restaurants close by! And don’t miss the Poseidon Temple! This was an epic experience that all other AirBnbs will be measured

We had a great time. Everything was super smooth. Communication excellent and clear, check-in no problem. The location is unbeatable in Athens. Everything walking distance, fantastic food places all around. Would come back anytime!

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The perfect place to stay in Pefki. Andreas was very responsive, helpful, and kind. And the house was even better than we expected when we booked it.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. Moreover, we would return to this wonderful place without hesitation. We heartily recommend the Stone House in Cholargos to others. Thank you, Tryfon and Marina, for an exceptional experience!

Wonderful, clean place in Voula! Parking was easy to find, and the apartment was very conveniently located next to the downtown area. Would stay again if we return to greece :)

The arrival in Athens to this area was eye-opening. We were on/near a busy street and there were restaurants down below. What was the surprise? No noise! We felt like we were home but with all the amenities outside we could walk to. Tried several of the nearby restaurants, walked to pharmacy and shopping. This place is so perfect I made a note to stay here again. And I never repeat a place! So excited to go back to be welcomed by Haidi’s perfectly clean, perfectly location apartment!

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

I’m not good at writing reviews but, I’ll say this-I felt safe after a day or two! It took awhile getting used to Greek formalities but overall-I would stay there again!

Livin apt is well located in between the city centre and the nice Mets area with lots of bars and restaurants. While on a big street, there is no noise (the bedrooms are located at the back of the apt). The bathroom and toilet are small, but practical. With 3 people it felt very spacious, I would say over 4 would become a bit tights. We we're particularly happy with the great communication as we booked on the day of the arrival and the check-in was exceptionally smooth.

It is a beautiful place with great views. A very large balcony which was one of my favorite spots with a 180° view. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the washer and drying rack which was convenient. We will definitely keep this location saved for future trips.

Location location location. Right in the heart of Plaka--close to everything. The patio with the view of the Acropolis was amazing. Ended up using one night of AC and worked well. As typical of europe, shower water and pressure were medium. We loved the charm of this place and would be back in a heartbeat

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

There were 13 of us as a family in the accommodation. Overall, everything was great and we were able to spend very nice days in the villa. The only points we noticed: - No key for the bathroom on the ground floor and upper floor. We also had guests there and with so many people it was unpleasant. The host himself only noticed this when we checked in. The last visitors were held responsible for many defects. But nothing that we found to be a shame was replaced or repaired. - Sometimes there were problems with the hot water for the shower after midnight. Even after trying for a long time, there was no warm water at night and we had to wait until morning. This was not so optimal, as there were so many of us and I wanted to get ready for my wedding in the evening. - We had 2 baby beds, but the mattress was missing for one and we did not get a replacement. Otherwise, everything was great and we would recommend the villa.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

John is an amazing host! Very kind and hospitable. John is communicative and responsive, John shared recommendations from bakeries, to markets, to beach clubs, and restaurants. House is in a peaceful, safe, and quiet local neighborhood in Agia Marina. House, amenities, backyard, and pool as described and even better in person. Master bedroom shower so unique! Good water pressure. Mini market 12 minute walk away for waters, beers, snacks. Full grocery store close by too. 15/20 minute taxi to good restaurants and beach clubs. There is a washer machine in the unit. AC works well and very comfortable to sleep at night.

It’s hard to decide which is nicer: the apartment, the sea views or the owners. All are excellent. We were staggered at how lavishly Artemis had laid on groceries for us for when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean and well appointed. The AC units in every room work really well, and the netting on the windows kept unwanted bugs to a minimum. The pool is kept spotlessly clean as a matter of honour and (warranted) pride by Illyrios. The showers in the bathrooms are powerful and have plenty of hot water. The fridge-freezer is spacious and works well, as do the other quality appliances such as washing machine, kettle and microwave. The views are soothing and the area quiet. The hosts live downstairs and are very respectful of guests’ privacy whilst at the same time being available to give help or any extras you might want in the kitchen. The beds are comfy and the linen spotless. Location is great if you have a car. Don’t give it a second thought: just come!
