Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

It was perfect for us for our short overnight stay and we loved the interior decoration, paintings and the covered courtyard. It was conveniently close to the ferry port and there was free on street parking for our van. The host was very quick to respond to our communications. Thank you! :)

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

The house was perfect. We had a family stay, 14 + a baby, and enjoyed ourselves. The space was clean, comfortable, and soothing. Great stay in Perdika. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the basement bedroom. We thank Yulia for hosting and availability throughout our stay!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

We had a great stay with 4 adults, 2 dogs and a baby. The house (and garden and pool) is mega well maintained and super clean. Antonis sent cozy voice messages in advance with clear instructions and his mother received us well before the check-in time (this was not a problem). If there was anything, we could go to them all the stay and we were even surprised again with delicious fresh rolls. We went to Athens for 1 day, which was easy to do with a car. Furthermore, there is not much (in the low season) to experience in the area, but since the house is so nice, that doesn't have to be at all. Great stay!

We had a wonderful few days stay, fantastic area super central easy to walk to fabulous restaurants and bars and our hosts were great with our flexible check in due to a late flight! Beautiful views well kitted out stay comfy beds and breathtaking views… what else do you need in this fabulous city ❤️

Incredible house with unique design in an amazing location!Tidy and clean with unlimited sea view. The pool is wonderful and clean! The hostess is very kind and informative!They informed us about the shops and restaurants in the area, although the house and the pool were so beautiful that we preferred to stay inside and go out for food. Of course, there was also a large kitchen where you can cook. Each room had its own bathroom, which is very convenient, and air conditioning. Some light comes in from the windows in the rooms, but it didn't bother us at all. But the best part was the lady who welcomed us with incredible kindness and a smile!! He showed us the whole house and had served us cold tea and fruit As you can see, it is of little importance that there is a small part of the house that is under construction because it did not affect our stay at all Thank you for making our stay and vacation wonderful!!!

My friends and I (3 couples) stayed for a night before we headed home from a 3 week Greece adventure. There was lots of space and the home had everything we needed. There were additional little touches the host did to make our group feel very welcomed.

Eleni was an amazing host! Her condo was absolutely stunning! The view was just perfect! And the room was very clean and neat! She recommended many things to do and restaurants to go to and they did not disappoint! It was overall an amazing stay and I cannot wait to book with her again!

Spotless flat in a stunningly beautiful location. Aourela was really friendly and helpful. We were badly delayed on our journey, and she was very helpful and understanding, meeting us at the door when we arrived 3 hours late, after midnight.

Dafni’s place is pretty with a great view of the harbour. The main Skala beach is also not really far, and the Megalochori beach is only a five minute walk. There’s a good restaurant and bar just around the corner and a lovely cafe/tavern a little further up the little hill. There are also two supermarkets nearby. It’s quieter than if you’d stay in a hotel at Skala but I really enjoyed my stay here - the only thing that bothered my friend and I was the bathroom. It’s really tiny and tough to keep dry because the water from the shower gets everywhere even with the curtains pulled around the shower area. There was also no towel provided to soak/clean the water - we just used one we found in the house. It would’ve also been nice to have some lights on the patio (or at least we didn’t find any) to be able to spend some time there in the evening as well. But all in all it was a good experience staying here :)

If youre thinking about booking this apartment to enjoy Athens then do it. What a fab little place! Its within walking distance of the centre of Athens (just) and there's lots of local shops dotted about near it. It was very clean, and the view on the terrace.. wow. Breathtaking. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your holidays. There was only a few bits that let it down.. now i know you dont go on holiday to watch tv, but after walking 30,000 steps during the day it would have been nice to be able to sit on the sofa, pop the tv on and relax for half an hour. It wouldn't work. No signal. Also the door handle on the main door falls off, easy fix to pop it back on but still panicked thinking I'd broken it. And a little advice.. please tell us how to use the washing machine in the handbook. That would have been a handy addition to our stay. But overall Maria was a fantastic host and i would definitely recommend staying here. Fantastic location and fab price. 9/10

Amazing apartment and perfect for a morning swim!

This penthouse is a true gem in the heart of Athens. In addition to the incredible view - it is a bright, beautifully designed space with a minimalist aesthetic, it has three spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, all the amenities one would need/want and a very generous private terrace with a Jacuzzi. Everything was spotless, fresh and clean - in fact, so well maintained it felt like we were the first ones to stay there. The Team at Livin, Haidi, were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay (and truly essential making it feel like home as we were traveling with a two year old). Finally, The location couldn’t be better, easily walkable to numerous attractions or public transport. We can not wait to come back, thank you so much! Ευχαριστώ!! *There is a neighboring rooftop bar that can create some ambient noise, we didn't find it a problem, and our two year old slept through it easily, but worth mentioning for those who need a truly quiet environment.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the villa and it worked fantastically well for us with a multi generational family. Konstantinos was so helpful prior to us arriving, sorting baby equipment etc, and even arranging for a paddling pool to be set up ready for our toddler's arrival. He met us in person and had many recommendations and was easy to contact throughout the visit - he was even able to get a family member to come and help us when we got locked out of the house by mistake late at night. We really enjoyed the area: we know Athens well but felt it would be too hot at this time of year with young children. The area was the perfect compromise as we could drive into Athens to see friends but the closest beach was just 5 mins away and there were many good restaurants to eat at. It was wonderful to sit in the garden with a breeze and look out at the sea and the outside space is well set up for meals outside. The house has been done beautifully and is comfortable. Thank you!

Happy with our stay here, place was lovely and the view from the roof top was wonderful. Didn’t mention that it’s shared by a mechanical or similar shed area but could be easily ignored with the beauty of the Acropolis. Apartment is definitely showing signs of age but what can be expected of a city as ancient as Athens. Overall would recommend to others and would return if we are ever back.
