Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

At the end of a quiet and secluded private road near to the heart of Salcombe and perched at the top of private driveway, is Sunnyhill. Perkily pink, it sits serenely above the town. Surrounded by gardens and not overlooked, hugged from behind by the hill and woods above, this detached house is laid out with exceptionally light and spacious accommodation across two floors. The property has recently been given a total makeover bringing it totally up to date with modern requirements.

Bay View House is a stunning Maisonette located in a commanding position overlooking the Salcombe Estuary. Sleeping up to 12 guests in total comfort it's a wonderful base for your next visit to the area. Luxury finishes, high end appliances, multiple parking spaces and stunning views await you from every room as you watch the boats and comings and goings on the water. We also offer 6 spa passes for the nearby Harbour Hotel which can be used through the stay.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.

Located in the vibrant heart of Salcombe with direct level access to the town's many shops, pubs & restaurants, this stone end of terrace cottage is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.  The cottage has been restored from a well known historic, listed building.
