A new system of heating and aircon has recently been installed in the bedroom. The house has one delightful bedroom with double bed and washroom with shower, a Moroccan style salon with individual sofa and television which can sleep 3 people, a fully equipped kitchen, an open court, and a large, furnished terrace with a view of the Bou Regreg River. The house has easy access to public transport and all other services. Linen is provided. Rentals for short or long term are possible.

You will appreciate my accommodation for the outdoor spaces and the brightness. My accommodation is perfect for couples, with a large terrace of 14 m² from where you could enjoy a magnificent view of the city of Rabat. There is a convenience store just downstairs 4 minutes away and a tram station is a 6-minute walk away. The neighborhood is very busy with small shops at a low price with lots of traditional Moroccan specialties.
