Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Salem County

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend while visiting family, and couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. I came with my husband and our 4-month-old, and the space was perfect for us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so we got a bit of a workout with the baby gear, but the peacefulness and great location made it totally worth it. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood—with outdoor security cameras and a designated parking spot (a little tight, but appreciated!). We loved being able to walk to Scout Coffee for excellent iced lattes and breakfast sandwiches. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and super responsive. They thoughtfully provided a Mamaroo bouncer, which our baby absolutely loved. They also offered a pack ’n play if we needed it. The place was exactly as described—very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with coffee, snacks, trash bags, and more. The only small thing we missed was a pair of scissors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be booking again

Melissa’s home was as advertised; spacious, quit, and was the perfect spot to be able to get around Delaware and to Philly. We appreciate you so much! Oh and I hope Bob got his package !

The location and amenitires of this Air B&B were wonderful. We loved the on-site parking, the spaciousness of the place, and the washer and dryer. We had everything that we could want. The only problem is the noise from the street. It starts very early in the morning so wear ear plugs at night or plan to rise early.

Bernita’s place was exactly what we needed! Good location- we were in town for a graduation. Spacious, clean, and comfortable- we felt right at home. We would definitely book again when visiting the area.

We were in town for a family event and Mischa’s place was perfect. His property was fairly priced and the location was close to everywhere we needed to be. Including a quick trip to Atlantic City for dinner with extended family and friends. We didn’t spend too much time at the property so didn’t use the kitchen much other than quick breakfast but the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again for future family events.

This was my 4th stay at Shalamar’s place. I’ve been using AirBnB for over a decade… he has to be the best/most flexible/easiest host to communicate with that I’ve ever had!!! After every stay I reached out with a request for the an upcoming stay and EVERY time he made accommodations for me. 1st stay I asked for kitchen items so I could pack lunches/drinks for work. Everything I requested was provided on my return. The next stay I requested an adjustment to a stay because I wouldn’t be in town for 3 nights-he helped me out then. The 3rd visit I needed to check in really early that morning because of a flight change-he immediately contacted me to work it out. The location, home and host are all fabulous!!!!

This was the perfect place to stay! I moved to Wilmington temporarily for work and this air bnb was the perfect spot! It was just the right size for me to stay in and had everything that I needed. It was in a very convenient location, close to downtown and a safe area. Regina was always very responsive if I had any questions and also have great local recommendations! If I come back to Wilmington at any point I would definitely stay here again!

Good apartment in Wilmington, spacious and well equipped for everything we needed. Host is very friendly and helpful and we had no issues with the location. Some of the furnishings are a little worse for wear but it didn’t stop us enjoying ourselves

Jeff's apartment was very clean and comfortable! I appreciated the snacks and coffee maker, as well as having a full kitchen available. Jeff was a very responsive host, from booking through the stay itself. The apartment was convenient to the conference I was attending, as well as restaurants downtown, and was only about a mile from the train station. I would definitely stay there again!

I stayed here two nights while working in Wilmington. The space was clean, comfortable and large. The easy street parking was a definite plus! Luke was easy to communicate with, and I had a few questions as this was my first time staying in Wilmington. I would definitely recommend!

This place fit our needs perfectly. It was within my budget and still was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and there were clear instructions. So much better than getting a hotel room to attend family events.

The location was very good, walkable to a beautiful park, a lovely river walk and a zoo! Easy car ride to stores and some of Wilmigton's best tourist sites.

Great service overall, Quick responses, Helpful, understanding, a Clean space and felt right at home. Will definitely be booking again ‼️

My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights & it was amazing! It smelled incredible every time we walked in. The space was very clean and cozy. Chris was very responsive to our questions and accommodated us with check in. The ONLY thing we had a bit of trouble with was getting in & out of the parking spot, since we have a large van and the parking space was a bit of an awkward spot. Besides that, we loved the location and were very happy with our stay.

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

The whole experience was far more than expected.Lee had an amazing time and love to use this place again
