Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen. In the area, there is a swimming pool and paddle court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things can be found within walking distance such as Experium with adventure pool, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also close to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

This pleasant accommodation is located in Gubbmyren about 5 minutes by car from Lindvallens ski resort. The accommodation has lovely social areas where the kitchen and living room are in an open floor plan and with 7 meters to the ceiling. The fireplace creates cozy factor. 4 bedrooms, a total of 9 beds. Separate sauna with glass door out to nature and ski storage with good storage and boot warmers. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

Letar ni efter en mysig stuga som har allt man behöver för en härlig fjällsemester? Då har ni hittat rätt! Stugan ligger en kvarts promenad från Sälfjällstorgets backar och resturanger och 50 m från skidbussen. Nära stugan finns längdskidspår och pulkabacke. Stugan har 6 bekväma sängar fördelat på tre sovrum. Efter en dag i backen kan ni värma er i bastun, mysa framför brasan och njuta av lugnet. Cozy cabin with sauna (House A) - Lindvallen

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Welcome to our newly-built (2024) and comfortable apartment in Fjällbäcken. The property offers all the amenities you could need for the ski and summer season. You live in a quiet and peaceful environment where the whole family can relax and enjoy life. In the summer months, Pool & Padel are available. Here you have close to all possible activities in Lindvallen and Sälen. Everything for young and old when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and restaurants. Cleaning included.

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Nära till Experiums restauranger och nöjen, men med naturen som närmsta granne. Den perfekta basen för både skidåkning och sommaräventyr. Välkomna!

Cozy & smartly planned cottage for the family

Fresh, modern and well-equipped cottage with cozy decor in central Tandådalen with close proximity to Hundfjället. The timbered house is 40 m² and consists of a large living room with sofa corner, kitchen area and dining area, one bedroom, hall, fully tiled bathroom with washing machine and fast Wi-Fi. On the property, there is also our larger cottage that we sometimes use or rent out ourselves.

Sälen/Lindvallen

We are renting out our apartment in Lindvallen. The apartment is next door to Olarsgården in Lindvallen. For lift (300 m) and service, it is only a few minutes walk to Sälfjällstorget's range of services, restaurants and entertainment. The accommodation is of a very good standard and has everything needed for comfortable self-catering. Possibility to rent bed linen (SEK 100/person).
