In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Neighboring Olarsgården and a couple of hundred meters from Sälfjällstorget, you live quietly in this semi-detached house. Upper floor has high ceilings and kitchen combined with living room. The lower floor contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160 cm and the other bedroom two bunk beds of 90 cm each with storage underneath and in a chest of drawers. In the hall, there is a drying cabinet and in the toilet next to it, there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a spacious sauna.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Pool och Padelbanan är nu stängd för säsongen. I det nybyggda området Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel är vår lägenhet belägen med omedelbar närhet till Söderåstorget. Vårt hus är närmast torget. Vid Söderåstorget har SkiStar installerat en ny 6stolssittlift (med vindskydd och värme i sitsen) som startar tvärs över vägen från oss. Så kort promenad till liften. Hem glider man enkelt! Experium med dess aktiviteter, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc ligger även inom promenadavstånd.

You live in a quiet and peaceful environment where the whole family can relax and enjoy life. The summer months there is a Pool & Padel. Here you are close to all possible activities in Lindvallen and Sälen. Everything for big and small when it comes to skiing, biking, hiking, swimming and restaurants. Cleaning included.

Sälen/Lindvallen

We are renting out our apartment in Lindvallen. The apartment is located next door to Olarsgården in Lindvallen. To the lift (300 m) and service it is only a few minutes walk to Sälfjällstorg's range of services, restaurants and entertainment. The property is of very good standard and has everything needed for comfortable self-catering. Possibility to rent bed linen is available (100 SEK/person).
