Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Ein Doppelkajak kann für 20 Franken pro Tag gemietet werden.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

That sounds like a dream! A completely newly renovated apartment with a private terrace and garden is really special. The separate entrance provides privacy and the parking in the courtyard is extremely convenient. We had a wonderful time on the island of Reichenau. Thanks to the extremely friendly and warm communication with the hostess Kerstin, we felt right at home from the beginning. The apartment is very classy, modern and cozy and is very well equipped. We especially liked the location and the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the lake - there were various seating areas, one of which was right on the terrace of the apartment. The tranquility, the beautiful shore paths overlooking the lake and the vegetation made the stay on Reichenau a very special holiday experience. Recommended is the nearby restaurant Strandbad with evening sundowner. The cafe at the museum and the seafood restaurant on Seestraße are also a must for staying on the island. We took bike rides on and in the immediate vicinity of the island - Radolfzell, Konstanz and other small lakes were easily accessible. All in all, we fully recommend everything.

The accommodation is simply sensational for a stay for two directly on the lake. We spent a long sunny weekend in the Seehüüsli and enjoyed bathing (right over the private stairs) grilling on the beautiful terrace or just relax comfortably in the lounge. Communication with Marco is very good. He was always easily accessible with questions, could and give some tips and even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We see the only critical point in case it's wet or cold. Then the various advantages (lake, terrace, barbecue) are not easy to use and it could get tight indoors.

Great stay at Horst's apartment in Horst's apartment. Nothing was missing. e.g. very good hair dryer, comfy bed, view of the park. Bicycle storage in the basement .... swim every day in the indoor swimming pool and then to the sauna. Walk to the Inselberg, by bus and train to Konstanz, free with the Bodenseecard West - good tips from Horst. Thanks for the great stay :)
