We loved this beach house! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The views are unbeatable and to swim in natural tide pools each morning was amazing!! It is perfect for a relaxing, quiet vacation. Brittany was always in contacting making sure everything was going well. Highly recommended!

This little slice of paradise was exactly what I needed for a quick getaway in Nicaragua! It is perfectly situated above 2 great surf spots (one rocky/reef bottom and the other offering more sand). The views from the apartment are unparalleled. Watching the surf and sunset from the comfort of your own private balcony was incredible. Great little shady table to chill or a sunchair available for sunbathing, and good hot water and a comfy bed to boot! There is a small market literally next door, but nor many restaurants around, so either come prepared with groceries or plan to have limited food options. Also, William was one of the most accommodating hosts I have ever encountered. He literally helped get my entire stay set up from food to surfboard rentals to transportation. He truly cares about his guests and wants to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

The house is perfect to get away from the city and connect with nature and mainly with the peace that the sea transmits. A very private and at the same time safe residence. Our expectations were totally surpassed! The house is very complete and that makes it even easier to stay.

where do I start... we've been to 5 other properties during our Nicaraguan trip, but this one was the best. Beautifully decorated pool area. Clean house with AC. sheets and towels that smell nice! and they provide a Luxury toilet paper! 😄 like the one you have at home! mosquitoes are bad when the sun goes down, so if you're planning to cook in the evening, get ready! our spray didn't really work on these beasts. The owners provide a bottled water. if you're planning to cook, bring salt, oil, etc. now, the pool was a hit for kids and I won't lie for me too! it's very deep on one side, so you can actually jump into the water. we had sooo much fun! the beach is few steps away. the waves are pretty high. No other people seen around. They have chickens, dogs, cats and goats on the property. Kids were happy to see them! Overall, it was an amazing experience. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return!
