Super clean and close to a lot of restaurants and the beach

The place is nice, spacious and convenient. It was located by the highway and plenty of food places. The neighborhood was also quiet and pretty. Raul was a great host. He contacted me right away every time I had a question. He was generous to let us go in before our check in time. I will definitely stay again at Raul’s airbnb if I go to Puerto Rico again. The beach was also close by.

Great communication with Milagros and the home was just as described. The home is close to the highway and in a calm and quiet neighborhood. During our stay we participated in a running event in the morning. Milagros was kind enough to allow us to do a late check out in order for us to shower and rest after the event.

Very friendly and helpful super host

The location is just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The apartment is not only modern and comfortable, but it is full of details that make the difference compared to other Airbnbs. It has everything you need for a long or short stay: an ideal desk for working, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an iron, fast internet, smart TVs and more. The host was incredibly kind, professional, and always responded quickly. In addition, they have left very detailed instructions on the platform, with photos and all the information you need to check in without complications. I recommend taking a few minutes to read them. Another very notable point is that the apartment is inclusive and accessible: it is on the first floor and its wide doors allow easy wheelchair access. This, along with access control, makes the place very safe and comfortable for any type of guest. A gem of Airbnb! I'd recommend this place 100%

What an honor it was to be her first AirBnB guests! Marta was so welcoming and receptive; she made us feel right at home. Thanks to her responsiveness to our inquiries, our surprise trip was a huge success. Things to keep in mind when staying here: This place is an older residence, but it worked for our purposes. - There is only AC in one of the bedrooms, but all the rooms have windows that are easy to operate (the wind may cause doors to slam) - She has a couple of fenced-in guard dogs (they do stop barking after the first night) - It's located right on the beach. With the doors and windows open all the time, you will have to deal with indoor pests like ants, mosquitoes and gnats (but she does include bug spray in the bathroom to keep the bites down) - The kitchen is sparse, but she does provide a burner for cooking - The view is better than the pictures If we had to do it all over again, we would choose to stay here again.

Location was great for our needs. Raul offered a quiet and safe place for us! Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or even the pool though. No problems to report at all and greatly appreciated the condo was available.

Brenda's apartment was easily the best accommodation we stayed in during our Puerto Rico stay. Clean, spacious, tasteful and with all amenities working properly (this might sound like a low bar, but in PR it's a big deal if your shower actually works as expected). Furthermore, having fridge full of free water bottles, and kitchen stacked with handy ingredients made us feel right at home. There's ample parking in front of the apartment, and it felt safe. Aibonito's city centre is within a short walk from the apartment as well. Would wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful time. Josie’s Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The location was perfect and near lots of restaurants. It is also very clean and has air conditioning as well as parking. I will definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend Josie’s place to anyone who is visiting the Cidra area. Thank you Jossie for everything.

the host was very responsive to all of our questions. the place had nice attention to detail like wine glasses, a keurig, games, books, tennis rackets. the kids loved the pool.
