Bienvenue au Chant des Pierres - Entre Terre et Mer. La Ganache est un gite sur notre terrain arboré de 8000m2, où se situe notre maison, mitoyenne au second gite Les Mirettes. Au vert et proche de la mer, vous partagerez avec Les Mirettes : 1 piscine ext. chauffée de mi-juin à mi-septembre (dates selon météo), salle de jeux avec billard et jeux de société, véranda bibliothèque, table ping-pong, hamacs, vélos adultes et enfant + siège bébé, potager, animaux (moutons, poules, vaches et chats)

Le calme au bord d'un lac à 15 mn des plages: Vous profiterez d'une piscine couverte chauffée avec jacuzzi et nage à contre courant (avril à octobre), d' un bassin de baignade chauffé avec plage de sable (haute saison), d'un terrain multisport, terrains de pétanque, d'une zone fitness et table de pingpong. This small cottage in Vendée combines nature and tranquility. it has been recently renovated on a 3500 m² plot that is completely closed and secure. It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

Chalet de 70 m² au bord d'un étang clôturé sur un parc de 2ha comprenant 1cuisine, 1 salle d'eau avec toilette séparé, 1 salon/séjour et 2 chambres (1 lit 140x190 et 2 lits simples ou 1 lit 160x200 au choix). 1 canapé bz confortable dans le salon. Les commerces sont à 3 mn en voiture. De jolies balades et activités (Chaos de Piquet, Moulin de Rambourg, Poterie de Nesmy) Puy du fou à 45mn, O'gliss/O'fun Park à 15mn et à 30mn de la Tranche/mer et des Sables d'Olonne).

Gîte in a property with a main building hosting two other gîtes (one 4-6 people, one 2 people) and a small house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, by the sea, Natura 2000 protected area, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets.
