You will enjoy the swimming pool secured by a roller shutter for your little ones if necessary. The 1500 m garden in the Eyre Valley is wooded. A terrace surrounds the pool and part of the house for your outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The pool is saltwater with a heat pump from May to the end of September depending on the weather.

Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a vacation on the basin, the place is a cocooning paradise where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 from the ocean without opposite and without noise. There are surveillance cameras in the parking lot at the entrance of the house.
