Fantastic A-Frame on Sandy Pond, an inlet with direct access to Lake Ontario. Although not waterfront, The Groove A Frame sits a stone's throw from the shore of Sandy Pond and a deeded boat launch. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Welcome to our cozy cottage! This beautiful home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relax by the fireplace, read a book on the indoor hammock, or watch our smart tv. The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage!

Unplug during your trip in the middle of the woods, tiny rustic one room cabin with hot tub sits in Little John Forest and borders the Boylston snowmobile trail system Perfect for snowmobiling and 4 wheeling. Acres of state land for hunting. Cabin is 22 miles from the Salmon River in Pulaski NY. Sleeps 4 with a sofa bed and a bunk bed that holds a queen and full mattress. Equipped with electricity, running water,WIFI. A bathroom with shower.
