The residence is on 2 levels, ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining area, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, laundry and storage room. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, large terrace.

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
