Sleeping area: double bed, 90" TV, air conditioning, master bathroom with open shower and balcony. Wellness area with Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Pontine plain.

Between Terracina and Sperlonga, Villa SERENA welcomes you with 5000 square meters of private fenced greenery with 2 covered parking spaces, a 15-minute walk from the sandy beach. All the necessary services are nearby. The residence is on 2 levels, ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining area, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, laundry and storage room. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, large terrace.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
