Holiday rentals with beach access in Salzburg-Umgebung District

We had the very best time in the apartment! Everything was super clean and very well equipped. The pool was particularly convenient in the same building. The location is great – in a few minutes you will be at the lake or at the Schafbergbahn. Ideal if you like to hike or just enjoy nature. Check-in was totally straightforward and the host was super helpful – with lots of great tips for excursions and restaurants around. The view from the balcony to the mountains was also particularly beautiful – simply fantastic. We would come back anytime!

Travelling with our two adult daughters Andreas’s flat was perfect. His lovely wife popped over to welcome us. There were homely touches like fresh meadow flowers on the table & drinks in the fridge. We had a great 4 days exploring a beautiful area despite the damp weather. The flat is warm, beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful garden & the very convenient location for exploring the area on foot. One thing we were unaware of was that many of the local establishments would prefer payment in Euro cash rather than card (some were cash only) & ATM charges are high so make sure you take € with you. We would love to return again one day & explore further

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect for our group of five. Each of the three bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed making breakfast at home every morning. Parking was very convenient, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the scenic train and the lake. We truly hope to come back here someday!

Convenience to the spot surrounding

We had a wonderful stay at Roland’s apartment—everything was perfect! Roland’s mum, Maria was also very kind and helpful. The spacious, beautiful apartment offers great lake views—you can’t get it better than this. We felt so grateful with the view. The interior is high quality and the apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Roland and his mum really thought of everything. The location couldn’t be better—very close to both Mondsee and Irrsee. We loved setting out for a morning jog along the lakefront and squeezing in a lakeside workout before breakfast. We also ventured to Gasthof Zum Seewirt for dinner—the food was delicious. And if you’re up for a scenic drive, Lake Attersee is only about 20 minutes away. Though the apartment sits on a main road, we barely noticed any traffic at all. Communication was excellent and friendly throughout, and the check‑in was smooth. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thank you, Roland and Maria :)

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially the location directly on the lake. Our host was very friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful. The atmosphere was very familiar. There are many opportunities for activities within a 50 km radius. A very good restaurant is within a 10-minute walk. Fresh bread rolls can be obtained at the adjacent campsite, and further shopping facilities are available in Mondsee, 6 km away. We enjoyed the time at the Schönauer lakeside house

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

We had the most wonderful stay here at Wilhelms house for a week. The location is beautiful with breathtaking mountain and lake views, and everywhere is so easy to access. We had a car and explored everything with ease and managed to fit so much in. As a family with a toddler (2.5 year old) I messaged Wilhelm ahead of our stay asking for a cot to set up and his recommendations for sightseeing spots, he was super responsive and offered some amazing recommendations. The house was immaculate, so much space, exceptionally clean with high end finishings and bedding. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Really lovely traditional Austrian Accomodation. Right in the centre of St Wolfgang. Easy to get to lots of places and very welcoming.

Gut Achort is a very idyllic place. The property, the historic buildings and the garden are fantastic. We particularly liked the private lake access. You can relax wonderfully there because of the peace and quiet. The view is enchanting.

Manfred's house is great. There were six of us there and had more than enough room. The kitchen is well equipped, which was great, as we almost exclusively catered for ourselves. The lake is just a few minutes' walk away and offers great swimming spots. Communication with Manfred was always reliable and extremely friendly. We would love to come back with our children :)

This house was amazing! A lot of taste went into the selection of furniture, appliances and renovation. The view is stunning as well 🤩 We had an amazing stay and Anna Maria was the perfect host. Thanks for everything 🙌

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!
