The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator and is 145 square meters with a beautiful view of the Untersberg. The house is over 350 years old. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms have been renovated. However, the living experience is different from that of a modern, newly built house. IMPORTANT: There is a balcony, which is unfortunately currently closed and cannot be used.

The apartment is only for people who study, work or attend practices in Salzburg or who come to Salzburg for family-related or other non touristic reasons. I am NOT allowed to rent it to tourists. The apartment is very light and friendly. It provides you with a breathtaking mountain panorama, with tranquility and comfort. The center of Salzburg is in walking distance (20-25 minutes) and can also easily be reached by several busses (5-10 minutes).

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance.
