Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. And no worries – no one will be watching, other than a few grazing cows in the nearby fields. Feel truly at peace in our secluded location, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Salzburg. The studio is located in the idyllic municipality of Faistenau surrounded by fantastic lakes - Fuschlsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Hintersee in the beautiful Salzkammergut only 25 minutes from Salzburg. Mountain tours, beach holidays, recreational holidays in paradisiacal surroundings with lots of peace. In winter, it is a paradise for cross-country skiers and ski tourers and scores with its proximity to Hallstatt in the middle of the Sound of Music. Beautiful single-family house in country house style from the 50s with wonderful privacy is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Anif (approx. 6 km from the city of Salzburg). The house with spacious rooms and the charming garden scores with numerous extras that make a stay unforgettable: including a sauna in the basement to relax, a magical swimming pond that invites you to swim between May and September, the delightful bathhouse and a lovely glazed veranda with a large dining table.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The town center with shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, swimming pool is a 10-minute walk. Late check-in is possible by arrangement.

The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. You can make your own breakfast from fresh products directly on site. The products are optionally available and not included in the price. From May 2025, there is a sauna in the garden as well as a hot tub with wonderful views of the mountains. Sun loungers and seating invite you to linger in the garden.

The house is located in a small residential area with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.
