Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition centre and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
