This place is close to all amenities and a 10-minute walk to the train station. At the foot of the apartment there is a track with ski lift and treadmill for beginners. Ski back to the apartment possible via a blue slope. The apartment located on the 3rd floor of a small residence, has a south facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Bernina massif, Triple exposure with open views. laundry room available in the building.
