A great place to stay very close to lots of restaurants and sights. It is right in the center of the city and close to grocery stores and bakeries. The apartment is on the ground floor so there is easy access with no steps. It is spacious and comfortable. It's in a quiet location off of the main street. The parks are beautiful and there are tons of things to see. We enjoyed wandering around in the local markets. Though it took us a while to adjust to moving around in town with traffic, the locals are quick to help if you are having trouble crossing a street! The apartment is well equipped. There is ample space to set up a computer or tablet in either the dinning area or the living room. Akaki was super responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Akaki's place.

Good day! I am grateful for the valuable quality - TRUST! Zurab and Feride are nice, helpful, attentive people who improved our trip to Georgia. It was most likely our bonus for the last days of relaxation, and exploring the history of Georgia. We came by tourists to visit, and left with relatives!!!! Thank you for the pleasant ones - emotions, sensitivity, attention!!!

Irakli was so flexible that we were able to check in very late in the night because our flight was delayed. it's a great location to check out Kutaisi by foot. recommend!

Very helpful guide and warm welcome. The house is located at center of city and is easy to find. Everything u need can be found in the room, very nice! But the sound isolation needs to improve cause u can hear car driving on the street and sound from upstairs.

I highly recommend this listing! Giorgi is a cultured host, with a good level of English, very pleasant and very committed who will guarantee you an excellent stay. :) The accommodation itself is very clean and well appointed, with plenty of space to move around. The atmosphere is really warm and you will have all the necessary amenities. Finally, the fact that it is outside the city center (20 min walk) guarantees a certain calm as well as a green space carefully guarded by a very playful and affectionate dog. And if you don't want to walk: taxis are numerous, fast and very cheap (2 laris to go to the city center, 3 laris to go to the train station) and will allow you to discover the city but also and above all its surroundings thanks to its strong offer in buses and marshrutki!

We enjoyed our time in the apartment, very close to all places we wanted to go while in Kutaisi, walkable. Had everything we would need for a short stay. The apartment had basic amenities for cooking. All other utilities worked well for us. It was very clean, just as we liked it. The balcony was special, though noisy from the traffic below.

Oto’s place was a bit hard to find due to Google map errors. It’s the top apartment of a private house. However his mom came out to fine us. The place is cute and suitable for 2 people. However because the ac is in the living room, you have to keep it on for a bit to reach the bedroom. The home is central to use the car and get most places. But the fence is a bit of a pain and a tight turn. We would highly recommend staying here. When we were short of toilet paper, and laundry soap, they were replenished. We had our own coffee and tea, so we are unsure of that. Lovely place and a great stay for 4 nights.

For all you who are ok with small apartment and prefer a nice place in the center, this is the right place. Thank you very much for hosting us, it was a pleasure to meet you!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights on the way from Tbilisi to the sea. Very nice, cozy accommodation. During the booking, the host clarified that the apartment would be vacated later than indicated in the check-in conditions. We were satisfied with this and the deal was made) Communication with Nino was simple and easy. An excellent hostess, caring and attentive. The apartment had everything you needed for your holiday. There is no TV, if it is important for someone. I liked the Tiflisi restaurant: delicious and very budget-friendly. Palaty is an atmospheric, delicious, popular place. There is also an open-air cafe nearby with evening karaoke and night dancing. It's all within walking distance. In the vicinity of Kutaisi, we visited the Martaeli Canyon, the Okatse Canyon, and the Prometheus Cave. We didn't regret it once! I recommend visiting Kutaisi. It's a wonderful city!

Staying here was great! Lela was always responsive when I was checking in and when I needed anything. She even let me check in a couple of hours early. I would definitely stay here again!

Where do I even start? Mate is probably one of the best, if not the best, host I have dealt with. He is very kind, attentive, patient and understanding. Now the place itself is great value for money, especially for one person (and even for up to 2 people I'd say as well), such a huge amount of space, separate kitchen, bedroom and living quarter. It has a desk, a nice bed, a nicely stocked kitchen with practically everything you need. Decent internet speeds and hot water available all day too. The area is really nice too, so peaceful, easy to get to around by Bolt taxi. Lots of useful stores nearby for groceries, medicine, etc. all within walking distance. All in all, do not hesitate to book this lovely place in Kutaisi, it is worth it in every single way. 10/10, 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very cozy place! Great location, everything was near. But on the other hand there was a lots of privacy and it was quiet. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Host was really friendly and communication was easy.
