It has heating with a fireplace and air conditioning for heating and cooling. Next to the outdoor pool there is a solar shower and deck chairs. U blizini se nalazi sav potreban sadržaj za dulji ili kraći boravak: dućani, ugostiteljski objekti i tržnica. Stan se nalazi na 4. katu zgrade s liftom. Do centra grada je oko 15-20 min vožnje autom ili oko 30-40 min javnim prijevozom, ovisno o gužvi u prometu. Ljubiteljima shoppinga svidjet će se blizina dva popularna shopping centra, tamo ste za 25 min lagane šetnje.
