You will be at the front of the boat with a view of the Seine. A refreshing bucolic place to enjoy the panorama. Independent entrance via a sailor's staircase. Access to your own terrace. Breakfast basket available upon request at the time of booking. The barge on which we live is located on the edge of the forest, near a bridge and the Scandibérique (20 minutes by bike from Fontainebleau Castle) Easy access to the forest. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

This house is mine, I live in it, my belongings are stored in the cabinets, but won't bother you when you occupy the house, I'm settled elsewhere. The 1st floor apartment, which is independent, is occupied year-round by a tenant

Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
