The property is renovated, fully equipped and developed on two levels. The welcoming courtyard overlooking the village is situated at the front of the property allowing for moments of relaxation. It is well-equipped with a built-in bench, adjustable wooden armchairs, table, parasols and a built-in barbecue. Languages spoken Greek, English and Spanish. Welcome!

It is surrounded by a large garden with a terrace and a swimming pool between olive trees and oleander bushes. A modern furnished, renovated summer house with sea view is waiting for you. The house is ideal for 1 family or 2 couples, max. 5 persons. Please be aware that this is an old family house, built by us 30 years ago: it has No air-conditioning.

You can have a pleasant time in Beyada's peaceful garden or on Celal Bey's porch with its quiet and calm nature. You can have a nice holiday in Beyada, which is a pleasant place for those who want to hike or swim in the morning.
