There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

There are so many good things to say here after a months stay. Firstly after 18 months of travelling this is literally the cleanest air bnb I’ve been in. Super friendly and accommodating hosts including late checkout. Use of ideo coworking/library and pool was an unexpected bonus. Super friendly and helpful security guards. This is a small unit but it has everything you need in a very convenient location. I’d 100% recommend it.

The accommodations were amazing. As soon as you arrive you are greeted and assisted in your check in and with assistance to the convenience store. The rooms are spacious and clean with all utensils available. The BTS station is right around the corner, giving you another travel option to see the city. The staff are extremely welcoming and I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

I had a really nice stay at this place! It was clean, comfortable and just as described. The host was very attentive and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Recommend this room absolutely!!👍
