Skøn lejlighed på Frederiksbjerg udlejes. 10 minutter’s gåafstand til det absolutte centrum og beliggende i det bedste område i Aarhus. Der er vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine i lejligheden. Det er en 3 værelses lejlighed og den passer perfekt til 4 personer. Dog kan der være plads til 5 overnattende gæster, idet en behagelig sofa benyttes til den 5 person. Der er gode parkeringsmuligheder tæt ved ejendommen og lejligheden - det er betaling for parkering, som i resten af Aarhus. Velkommen :-)

Perfekt beliggenhed, privat hjem med charme

Frederiksbjerg er det mest populære, pulserende og trendy område i Århus. Vores lejlighed er vores Lejligheden består af to lyse stuer, soveværelse, køkken og bad. Vi har en lille altan med grill og stole/bord og et lækkert grønt gårdmiljø med borde, bænke og græs. Lejligheden ligger midt i et skønt område af små cafeer, special butikker, indkøb, tæt på skov, vand, havnebad og midtbyen. 500 m til stationen. Derudover hyggelig og stilfuld stue, fint badeværelse med vaskemaskine og et børneværelse. Fra stuen er der nedgang til et hyggeligt soveværelse med kingsize-seng, som befinder sig i kælderen. Central, cozy & quiet appartment

Here is the place for your Aarhus visit. Top floor appartment with a nice view of the city roofs. Located in a queit neighborhood, close to parks and in walking distance to everything in city center - 5-10 mins. Museums and other attractions are also very close. Aros museum is around the corner as well is Den Gamle By (old town). My appartment is 54 sqm with 2 rooms - one living room and a bedroom (bed is 160x200), a bathroom and a kitchen, everything fully equipped. Tv works via streaming

Our 2 bedroom apartment has the most spectacular view of Aarhus bay and is situated on the new upcoming area Aarhus Ø. It is 126 m2. You will love it because of its magnificent view, the light, the large balconies the spacious rooms and the atmosphere. Everything in the apartment is up to the highest standards! The cosy marina and the popular outdoor harbor swim are just next door, and a 15 min walk will bring you to Aarhus downtown. Parking is in the basement.
