You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small farmhouse with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill to the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea, or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the lookout tower. The view extends over the sea and fjord. You can walk along the field road to a lovely, uncrowded beach in 8 minutes.

Samsø, holiday apartment on a cozy country estate

On the first floor, there is a repos with a double bed and in the bedroom/living room, there are 2 single beds set up as a sofa. The apartment is for 2 people, but by arrangement it can be a family with 2 children. The apartment is too small for 4 adults. We have guest stables, so there is the possibility of taking Icelandic horses on vacation on Samsø.

In the middle of the island, between fields to the west, you will find a small guest cottage. Our guest cabin contains tea kitchen with dining area for 3 3 beds, entrance hall and bathroom. A small, cozy gem at the end of a gravel road/country road with opportunities for beautiful walks to both the sea (over country roads) and along beautiful fields. The guest cabin is located 3 km from Sælvig (the ferry to Hou and the fast ferry to Aarhus city center) - 4 km from Tranebjerg - 8 km from Ballen. We will provide bedding and towels.

Stay in this beautiful apartment in the old rectory in Kolby. The apartment is located in the gable of the old confirmation room. Bedroom and kitchen with dining area as well as bathroom and toilet. There is a large garden as well as a private entrance to the church. From the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the fields with Kolby mill in the background. The home is close to Kolby Kaas Harbor, where there is a nice beach with an associated bathing jetty. 20 min. by bike from Ballen and 15 min. by bike from Tranebjerg.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

The hunting lodge

Small idyllic cabin with room for two overnight guests. There is a double bed, a refrigerator, an induction stovetop, access to water, and a toilet. Right outside the house, there is a private tiled terrace overlooking a natural area with sheep. Please note that there is no shower. Approx. 50 m to the toilet The cabin is not heated, but it is insulated. There is no Wi-Fi in the cabin Bed linens can be rented for DKK 150 per set - Please send a message if you would like this, and you can pay the fee upon arrival.

ØbyUS guest house

Relax with the whole family in this guesthouse located in cozy surroundings in the village of Permelille on Samsø. The house has two rooms, one of which has a double bed. The second room is furnished with a sofa bed and TV, so it can both serve as a living room in the daytime and bedroom.
