Loved my stay here, Vicky’s apartment is so charming and really felt like “home away from home”. The bed was so comfortable, I slept so well. The apartment is incredibly quiet, despite being located close enough to all the good things Bangkok has to offer. The living room was my favourite, the plants and the decorations felt like heaven after visiting around, which can get a bit chaotic ;) Vicky’s also incredibly nice, kind and friendly! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Conveniently located, the room so lovely and easy to find, close to a wide range of restaurants, and within walking distance of the BTS.

My daughter and I had a great stay in this listing. It was clean and cozy and walking distance to the Phra Khanong station. The host was quick to respond to our queries and request for assistance. Thank you so much to our host☺️

We stayed in the apartment for a week. It turned out to be bigger than it appears on the photos. It was clean. The apartment is on the ground floor. I didn't see that in the description. There is a swimming pool on site. Shops and trade are not far away. The hostess of the apartment was prompt with her responses. We're happy.

Nice location, fast communication

The landlord was very friendly, the host was very nice, the place was conveniently located, the space was very clean, the room was very nice, very quiet, there was 711 downstairs.

Impeccable condo, respectful and helpful hotel

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

We had a great stay here! The place looks exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the BTS, which made getting around the city super easy. One of the highlights was a cozy cafe - Single Lane Specialty Coffee just around the corner where we grabbed our morning coffee every day. The owner was also very responsive to messages, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an great stay at FAB House hostel in Sathorn Bangkok, for our family reunion. With 15 of us (20 beds available), the space was perfect. Joy, our host, was incredibly accommodating, contactable and quick to arrange an A/C fix when needed. Her warm hospitality made settling in easy. The neighbourhood was welcoming, and connecting with locals was a joy, treating ice-cream for the kids and greeting people in the traditional Thai manner added to our experience. The hostel had basic fittings, as expected, but the beds and pillows were comfortable. The above-ground pool helped our children cool off, while the adults enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Overall, we had an excellent time, creating lasting memories in a space that brought our families together. We'd gladly return and recommending FAB House hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. We had an absolute brilliant time and would gladly come back anytime! The hosts are indeed superhosts!! Thank you so much Annie and Jira for making our stay so special. 🙏🏼

It is a perfect house without any disadvantages, high-end decoration, fully equipped in the house, complete kitchen equipment, all the utensils are clean like new, the bed is very nice to sleep in, the bath towels are also very comfortable. The host of this house was very friendly and promptly provided the response needed at any time, helped us a lot with our itinerary, thank you for everything.

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.

A quiet and wild little paradise close to the airport! Tom is very welcoming, pleasant and dedicated and has a good contact with the children to whom he offered different activities! We would highly recommend!!

Great accommodation, perfect for your stay in Bangkok

Good value for money. Clean. Air conditioning works well. The pool is on the ground floor and you can access it from the lobby. Also, the lot beside the building has been cleared so there are no longer any trees to view from the apartment. You need a card key to access the building so the security guard will need to bring you up the apartment in order for you to get the keys from the mailbox. Public transportation is not within walking distance so be prepared to take a Grab car or scooter to get to the closest station or your destination.

We had a pleasant stay at Henrry's place. The rooms were spacious and clean. I especially like the bathtubs, if you like having nice long baths it's a great feature. The location is also excellent, as it's nearby the MRT, BTS, 7-11 and malls like One Bangkok. Highly recommended place to stay in for families/couples.

My wife and I adored the property and location. The Skytrain is within a 15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The community is wonderful, everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. Wei is a terrific host and always responded promptly. The property is a well-designed loft apartment with a lot of amenities. It really felt as though Wei and his family tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We extended our stay several times and would absolutely stay again. Wei is a great host and the property is terrific!

This is a great place in a peaceful part of town away from all the tourism madness, and Krittiya is just a really great hostess. She was always friendly and had great recommendations for visiting Bangkok in general. I would recommend staying here at this condo, but I would also recommend staying anywhere that Krittiya is managing. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.
