Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Agustín, Maspalomas

Absolutely perfect villa. Totally secure garden and pool area and all the amenities you need. Very clean and very responsive host. We book in villa massages through Stan which were also great. Only thing to note is that rooms two and three are accessed in the garden so villa would not be suitable if you have very young children. Worked perfectly with us and totally safe but worth knowing. Thanks Stan.

Jose was a very welcoming and attentive host. When we checked in we found everything we needed in the kitchen and some lovely extras. The house itself is in great condition. We enjoyed quiet evenings, with BBQ, enjoying the natural surroundings. The small pool was a great way to relax after a day out exploring the island. We would stay again!

Javier was great in all aspects. Place is close to everything, parking out front was easy. Only disappointment was pool and were supposed to be heated but were not when we were there.

The stay at Nathalie’s was amazing, the view from the balcony was breathtaking and unforgettable. Nathalie was checking in on us and very friendly. No complaints here!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The hot tub is undeniably a favorite that offers a pleasant relaxation at the end of the day. The access road is narrow and winding, but it's easy to get there after a few trips. The environment is very calm and peaceful. Note that the internet connection is quite slow and the cottage can be cold and wet outside the summer period. Ewelina has made arrangements to ensure maximum comfort. We were very happy to stay there.

What an incredible week we had. The property is just exceptional and had everything that was needed. Massimo our host was amazing, very friendly, very helpful with any questions we had. Vidin's place more than met our expectations, had everything you need to spend these days, it is also in a quiet area and at night you could rest without noise. Beds were very comfortable and stay was very pleasant stay was very pleasant. Close to the promenade of Las Canteras and with a lot of offers to eat; if I had to go back I would repeat in this place. In addition, Vidina was very attentive and gave us flexibility in the check-out time, thank you very much for your kindness.

Ideal place to rest,it is a very quiet complex, quiet pools almost no one,in the bungalow everything you need in cleaning products and utensils ,great detail of the water and bottle of wine, attentive host at all times ,we will repeat

Maria was a great host, leaving clear instructions for check in, and responded quickly to questions. The apartment was clean and spacious, and close to supermarkets, beach, restaurants and entertainment. I will definitely be booking again.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

A really enjoyable stay. The location is excellent and the beautiful beach and promenade are on the doorstep. Equally, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local shopping places all within easy reach. Fernando was a most excellent host and he also provided great ideas for things to do. We particularly liked that he arranged for an airport transfer to/from the apartment for small and very reasonable fee. Not sure if he will be doing this in the future, but we would highly recommend he does because it's a great touch. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The balcony is a wonderful feature and allowed us the privacy we were looking for. Fernando remained on hand throughout our stay and responded quickly to a few queries that we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. An excellent experience!

A wonderful stay, the accommodation was amazing, super nice views, super clean, it had absolutely everything you could need in the house and the service was wonderful We would repeat without a day, 100% recommended

The home in the pines was amazing! A little rural oasis in a valley above Mogan it is so peaceful, we were very sad to leave. The outdoor spaces are amazing & nicely distinct from one another. The pool was great, especially returning after hiking or running. The WiFi was approx 4Mbps when outside so fine for email & social media. Spotify, YouTube & Duolingo all were OK. We also had 4G on all our phones Check-in was great & it was easy to find There were a couple of local cats who were clean & well behaved. There were no dogs or cockerels in the valley which was great as we were not disturbed in the morning. Road was very, very quiet but roadworks & a recent rockfall 20km along might mean there is sometimes more traffic Kitchen well equipped. Used gas BBQ rather than oven. Dishwasher was useful, also the washing machine especially as there were 2 airers to dry things The place is 3.5km walk from Mogan, we ran in for coffee and buy bread one morning. Less than 1km from bus stop

Close ,communicative, the house is a real luxury to disconnect and be in peace and very comfortable .

The apartment itself is very nice and has everything you need for your stay. All provisions are very generous. The upstairs bedroom mezzanine has quite a low ceiling but it's manageable. Strangely the pictures make it look smaller than it is. In real life it is square in shape. The garden is a generous size and is very private, getting the sun at all times of the day due to facing south east. You will hear neighbours but not see them. The complex is very peaceful and most of the time you won't see anyone else even at the pool. There was building work and renovations going on when we were there so there was some intrusive noise but it will be a probability for anywhere.

We had such a lovely stay in Gran Canaria at Yazmina’s place. The apartment is in a beautiful setting close to Playa del Cura and many other attractions. There is free and easy parking on the street right outside. It was very easy for us to walk to the local grocery store whenever we needed, and go to the many sites that Gran Canaria had to offer. We also found it so convenient to be able to cook our food in the apartment as well as do our laundry. The porch at night was so beautiful to sit out and eat dinner at. It was also very affordable for the two of us. Yazmina also offered many local recommendations and help around the apartment complex. Thank you so much for hosting us! We had such a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Clary’s bungalow. The property is located in a peaceful, tranquil setting moments away from the hustle and bustle of Maspalomas. Easy access to the dunes (which are a must see) & to the shops and restaurants. The bungalow has everything you need - home from home!

Lovely place, well equipped and comfortable in a relaxed and safe feeling family area. It’s a little quiet so better to have a car to get about although the buses are good I understand and you can walk (along a main road) about 10 minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants in a nice setting nearby. Parking a little tricky but we always found something a few minutes walk away, even over busy weekends. There is everything you need in the apartment and the view with the palm trees, sea and pool is lovely. The pool is very clean and nice. An easy place to relax and base from. The tide on the beach was quite high we were told this is why there wasn’t much sand and more rocks whilst we were there, but it didn’t matter as we went out and had the nice pool also. Antonella was good communicating with us and when we were delayed on arrival getting our car at the airport she made arrangements for our check in with a neighbour.

Silvia is a charming host, I stayed with a friend for 10 days in this apartment, it has a 2nd bedroom at the top of the gallery. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, small balcony, everything tip top as in the photos in a great complex with pool by the sea. Highly recommended for 2-4 people. Heinz Gasser from Switzerland

The apartment was as described. Very close to shopping and beach. It was very quiet. Maybe too quiet for party people. The bus to the airport is 5 min walk.

This is the nicest holiday apartment I have stayed in - I loved staying here and was very sorry to leave. It's really clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay, the complex is quiet and the view is fantastic! Guillermo was really helpful and friendly and a fantastic host! I'd highly recommend staying here and I hope to myself in the future!

We enjoyed a very good week at the apartment, which is situated in a way that it seems as if you are on the deck of a cruise ship overlooking the ocean! The location is in a quiet area with very little noise or disturbance, which we had hoped for and were not disappointed. We like to cook local produce more than eat out at restaurants and the kitchen was fine for that. There are not that many restaurants or bars directly outside the apartment block, but as mentioned we actually prefer this and we walked on the promenade next to the sea to the places we wanted to visit. It is worth noting that the access to San Agustin beach and walkway is via a set of about 100 steps, which are very well maintained, but obviously a challenge it anyone has mobility difficulties. It was not a problem for us and added to our daily workout 😊.
