The enclave is unique, the direct beach access from the complex itself will bring you closer to contact with nature. The 50-meter apartment is distributed in two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, full bathroom and two terraces. The master bedroom has two single beds of 1.05 by 2 m., has a wardrobe, shoe rack and chest of drawers. It gives access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 by 2 meters and a desk from where you can see while resting the pool and solarium area. The living room has a four-seater sofa convertible into a 1.50 by 2m bed, 32-inch TV with smart TV. Access to the terrace from the living room where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and from not only can you see the sea but also listen to it. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi fridge, four-burner induction hob, microwave, and small appliances such as juicer, blender, toaster, kettle, grill iron, and cookware. The bathroom has a large shower tray and washing machine. You can also use the community dryer through a modest price. The complex has two swimming pools, one for adults with four jacuzzi hammocks inside and another small one for children with all security systems, it also has toilets in the pool. On the other hand, the mild climate and the pleasant temperature of the bathing water (between 18 degrees in the winter months and 22 in the rest of the year) allows the beaches to be enjoyed all year round. The sports offer of Gran Canaria is closely linked to the mildness of its climate, lacking extreme temperatures and allowing the practice of almost any outdoor sport throughout the year (golf, tennis, paddle, sailing, windsurfing…) And for nature lovers the island offers a natural environment of hundreds of endemic and unique species in the world making it worthy of the qualification of “miniature continent”. Gran Canaria, internationally known as the island of eternal spring, has countless natural riches that make it the perfect destination for health care. It has 12 Spa and Thalassotherapy centers equipped with spectacular facilities that offer a wide variety of exclusive relaxation and beauty treatments. A 10-minute walk from the apartment you will find the Thalassotherapy centers of the Orquídea and Gloria Palace Hotels located in Bahía Feliz and San Agustín respectively. The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
