The best thing about the apartment is the view of the lake. It is located on the 10th level. The photos on the page are real. A very good location, it has parking, access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the hotel beach. Close to the Atitlan Reserve and other hotels that provide restaurant service, the town of Panajachel is a 5-minute drive away. Glenda met our needs, easy check-in and check-out.

Very clean and cozy room. The mattress is big and very comfortable! The outside space is very good as well with some hammocks, couches and a good view to the lake! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Totally recommended!

A beautiful, comfortable , well appointed home set in the midst of the most breathtaking vista you could imagine. The view of the lake and volcanos is expansive and ever changing with the time and weather, but always awe inspiring. The pool and jacuzzi were a relaxing treat after a day of exploring! The interior was sparkling clean and very comfortable.

We were only here for one night but it was a great stay!

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Location is secure, within walking distance to everything. very close to the embarcadero, so that is a plus. The caretaker stays on grounds with you in a seperate living quaters. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Melissa and Hector!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Marion’s place. Her and Jerry took amazing care of us throughout our month-long stay. Marion helped us coordinate transportation to and from the airbnb, gave us local recommendations, and checked-in on us every so often to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The WiFi was great for remote-work, and the location was both quiet/secluded from the street noise, as well as close to the action for post-work activities throughout the week. We’d recommend Marion’s place to anyone; we’ll be back again soon!

Mutty's home is the perfect place to unwind as a family. The view of Lake Atitlan and volcanoes is amazing. The natural environment creates an environment of peace and connection with nature. Every corner of the property was taken advantage of by my group. Our favorite was the viewpoint. Perfect accommodation for family group.

The stay was amazing, they quickly solved the problems and Dani was looking out for us all the time. A pleasant atmosphere and the neighbor was friendly and attentive. My family and I were happy.

They were very thin and friendly at all times, they supported me with inquiries and although the lake is not at par with some as they expect it is also not so retired and accessible even if they have children or some older adult 🫶🧡

It is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, full of nature and tranquility, it has many open spaces that allow you to feel more comfortable. Maya helped us throughout the process, with everything and the inconveniences we had, she was very understanding and supported us all the time. A very cozy place to share with family and close to the center on foot.

This has been such an awesome Airbnb. Luz and Shawn have been awesome hosts and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful and far enough away from street noise. Of course we still have the dogs, cats and fireworks that are the typical Pana noise. Most importantly the Beds and couch and the whole house arrangement is so comfortable and home- like and fully stocked including a washer and dryer. We could have stayed longer. Hot showers and running water all day. Meeting Rolando the caretaker of the outside and Santa the caretaker of the inside has been a pleasure.

This place is a dream come true. The property is exquisite. The personnel that help us was superb. We will definitely come back. We recommend this place 110%. Thanks so much for letting us collect so many family memories.

It's an exciting place. I had the opportunity to see the rain on the volcanoes and the lake. It's an experience that's as good as any attraction in the world. I recommend it 100%

The pictures don’t do enough justice — this place is absolute incredible and beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Andrea was super nice enough to accommodate an early check in and provided contact information of the property manager, Alejandra who is SUPER nice! She also gave us contact information for a local Tuk Tuk driver that would take us to the port to take lanchas to surrounding villages in Lake Atitilan. Andrea is also VERY responsive to any questions I had regarding our stay. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience and would totally come back 😊

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! Andrea is very responsive to messages and helpful. The place was beautiful and was perfect to watch the morning sunrise. It is about a 20min walk to town but she gives you info for a tuktuk driver who is also reliable. No issue with bugs or scorpions like I’ve seen in reviews for other hostels/airbnbs/hotels. Overall would stay here again if I return to Guatemala
