Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in San Antonio River

Great location walkable to the Alamo, Riverwalk (can see from the window!), and lots of restaurants. Had trouble finding the building at first, but no issues once we figured it out. Free parking space was a bonus since parking in SA can be expensive.

Our stay with Yong was amazing! He’s such an attentive host! Yong answered all our inquires in a timely manner. The location is great, lots of coffee shops nearby, walkable area, clean apartment. There’s a fire station next door (so extra safety) and it’s located in the heart of Southtown! I would stay with Yong again.

Great place! I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in San Antonio. The bed was super comfy, and the space met my needs 100%. The hosts were super easy to communicate with, and responded quickly.

Angela’s place was perfect! Super close to the riverwalk and the lock bridge + much more. Excellent location. Added plus was the bed was super super comfortable. I recommend!

Amazing home!! We had so much fun with so many restaurants and very fun nightlife!! It was located conveniently. We walked to the Riverwalk one night and walked 2 blocks the next for live music and delicious food all around. Realize the home is close to all of this nightlife, but we slept great and everything was perfect!! Loved the pool and Tanner was a wonderful host! ♥️ Cannot wait to come back!!

We had a fantastic stay! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Safety is a top priority for me, and Jaclyn’s place exceeded expectations. The location is in a gated community, and building access is secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I booked it because I had an early meeting the next day, and my spouse and I both slept so well. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive from Six Flags and the River Walk. I only wish we had more time to explore. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!

We loved staying here on our family trip to San Antonio- it was perfect for our family- an 8 year old and toddler. The closet with pack and play was great to have and we loved being so close to the pool. The place itself is so close to all the sightseeing things- less than ten minutes from downtown/riverwalk. It had eveyrhting we needed in kitchen and bathroom and loved having the washer/dryer! Instructions and communication were superb!

The home looked exactly as described in the listing! Deana was very responsive with any help or questions that I needed. I paid $100 for an early check in so that was a possibility as well. We got to all of our downtown spots in about 5-8 min in an uber. It’s very close to the nightlife without being so close to the chaos! Getting to the home there is some train tracks you have to pass so incase the train is stopped there Deana was helpful and very responsive to provide an alternate route that avoided the train! Which we only needed to use once. The train was never present again throughout our stay.

I have absolutely no complaints about the stay, only a couple words to say. The place was clean and so homey. Clean and organized too. Great location in reference to everything. If you are a soft sleeperaybe find somewhere further away from the tracks. Overall we were slightly weirded out by the area, but that is absolutely unavoidable in the heart of the city. 10/10 would stay here again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. Wade went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. There were also many thoughtful touches, like board games and cornhole for us to enjoy. The host was incredibly friendly and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great experience!

We went for a little family vacation with young children and absolutely loved this house! Almas was very helpful and responsive with any question we had. The pool was a great size for us, bigger than expected and the deck made it even better. The rooms and beds were the perfect size and very comfortable. Our kids loved every minute spent there. There were board games to play and smart TVs. The neighborhood was quiet and the alarm system gave us an extra sense of comfort. Everything was perfect during our stay! We will absolutely stay again.

My siblings and I truly enjoyed staying at Lenny’s and Teresa’s house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was so much fun! We definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to escape the hot Texas weather! It is close to stores and restaurants! The beds are super comfortable and the blackout curtains in the room let you sleep through anything!! We look forward to staying at their place again in the near future!!!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Great location for hitting Schlitterbahn and/or enjoying the charms of New Braunfels. Would stay again

Sarah and Aaron were amazing hosts. We had a last minute vacation snafu and had to find a place to stay in San Antonio asap. They responded quickly to my request to book and were super accommodating and friendly. Their place is so adorable- we felt right at home as soon as we arrived and loved our stay. Would most definitely stay there again!

This is my second time staying here, and again, a phenomenal experience! The Host and Amelia were amazing. Always responsive and so kind. The place was amazing at such perfect location, walking distance from Lockhart square. By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this place!

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Traci was extremely responsive and kind! We had no logistical issues and enjoyed our stay!

Great studio in an awesome location. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Apartment is one street over from a commercial area with lots of places to go, but is in a quiet neighborhood with many beautiful older homes surrounding the condo. It is street parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. Place is small, but very well organized and comfortable for two people. Nice backyard patio.
