A great place to stay if you don’t mind being located on the riverwalk

I'm a local and I stayed here for a little local staycation and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The location is in a quieter part of the River Walk where a lot of locals live — peaceful and scenic, but still super close to great restaurants, bars, and the art museum. I even walked to the Alamo one day (about 20 minutes) and didn’t mind it at all. The apartment itself was cozy, light-filled, and tastefully decorated. I loved the covered balcony overlooking the river, such a relaxing spot and a must-have in Texas. You can tell the place was set up with hosting in mind, there were thoughtful touches everywhere, like a cocktail shaker, a smores maker, and even a balcony table with a built-in ice bucket for drinks. The snacks didn’t hurt either. The hosts were really responsive when I had questions, and my dog was super comfortable the whole time, too. There’s also a pool and a garage for parking (though the gate can be a little stubborn sometimes). I’d stay here again.

I only needed the place for during the day so that my daughters and I could get out of the heat and rest and get refreshed before dinner. It was so nice to have it as this little retreat. We ended up going down to the swimming pool and enjoying that for a couple of hours. It was so refreshing. Inside is just so cute that you when you walk in you just feel like oh I love it here especially because it was just us girls, but I think Guys would be fine with it too. I did have a cup of coffee from the Keurig and that was nice to have. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely come here again.

Ramiro was always responsive and proactive with communication! The instructions were very clear. Everything was very clean and felt welcoming. Ramiro was a fantastic host! I highly recommend!

We found this place after the place that we had previously reserved canceled last minute. Ramiro responded quickly and from reserving to check out we had no regrets. Apt. was very nice and spacious, perfect for the 2 of us. aside from food and condiments, it had everything else we would need for the kitchen! the bathroom even had a flat iron and beach towels which was awesome! the bedroom had a nice TV and nice size closet, the bed was adjustable so that was nice for watching tv before bed, mattress was very firm, I loved it; my husband didn't lol (the only bad thing about the bedroom was the opening at the top of wall that shares the kitchen/living room, you can hear absolutely everything through there so not great if I was sleeping and he wanted to watch TV or make coffee, but that's not the hosts fault and would not deter me from renting this place again, just an FYI). the balcony with a partial view of the river walk was so peaceful and nice for morning coffee and reading. It’s a beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood. We loved walking along the river, and it is a great location for dog-lovers! Ramiro could not be kinder and more responsive. He really goes out of his way to give 5 star service. Also, that bed…:sooooo comfy!

Loved staying here. It was very clean and quiet.
