View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

Wyndham properties never disappoints. Unit was clean, well equipped, spacious and had great views. Split level layout, washer/dryer in the unit, great restaurant at the golf course nearby, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia & Rob’s place and would definitely recommend!

Stayed at the Broadlind Hotel in mid April 2022 with my boyfriend. Beautiful room and awesome location. Room specs: comfortable queen sized bed, a small desk, a five drawer dresser, kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, stove and oven and two full length mirrors in the main room. We had a corner unit so there was lots of light. No elevator in the building as an fyi for heavy luggage. It did get a little noisy at night because it's near restaurants and bars but it wasn't too bad. The communication with the host was excellent. Only thing we requested were extra towels and they were provided right away. No keys are needed - just access codes to enter the hotel and the room itself. There are washers and dryers on the second floor as well as an adorable common room and patio. There is a grocery store/market right across the street as well as plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Our favorite two local spots were the Blind Donkey (a bar and they have a few arcade games and a photo booth) and the Breakfast Bar for brunch. Another spot a little further is Rose Park on the Pine, 800 Pine Ave. It's a coffee shop during the day and serves dinner at night. If you like seafood, check if they are serving local shrimp from TransparentSea Shrimp Farm - delicious shrimp! Thank you Broadlind Hotel!

Roshan's place was great! It's gorgeous inside and very spacious. It's a great space for family or a group traveling with room for a few more if necessary. This apartment is totally equipped for a great stay that doesn't require eating out daily. I love each room has its own bath. You can't go wrong with this rental. Exterior entry into the unit but you'll be amazed once inside. A covered porch/walk-up would compliment this unit very well.

We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to great location of restaurants and the beach. The place is nice and quiet. Check in / out was easy and quick. Marjorie was extremely fast and responsive to any needs. Would stay again! :)

It was a nice place and close to Rocky Mountain National park where we took a tour. Beautiful area with a cute little town and beautiful weather with no humidity. Would recommend it if you are planning a trip to Colorado.

Perfect place to stay if going to a show at the Sphere!! We went to see Kenny Chesney, and it took 5 minutes to walk there. It was perfect! Also, the place was very clean and comfortable. We needed extra towels, and the front desk sent them right away. It's so nice to have a full kitchen so we did not have to eat out every meal. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and well taken care of too! Definitely would recommend this place! :)

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here! Our first time made us fall in love with Nulu. We love this sweet little boutique hotel, we won’t stay anywhere else when we visit here! It’s quiet, walking distance to all of downtown, and so stinking cute on the inside!

It was so great, very clean and super friendly staff, I recommend it so much! Will definitely be back every time with my family for a wonderful time.

We found this place after the place that we had previously reserved canceled last minute. Ramiro responded quickly and from reserving to check out we had no regrets. Apt. was very nice and spacious, perfect for the 2 of us. aside from food and condiments, it had everything else we would need for the kitchen! the bathroom even had a flat iron and beach towels which was awesome! the bedroom had a nice TV and nice size closet, the bed was adjustable so that was nice for watching tv before bed, mattress was very firm, I loved it; my husband didn't lol (the only bad thing about the bedroom was the opening at the top of wall that shares the kitchen/living room, you can hear absolutely everything through there so not great if I was sleeping and he wanted to watch TV or make coffee, but that's not the hosts fault and would not deter me from renting this place again, just an FYI). the balcony with a partial view of the river walk was so peaceful and nice for morning coffee and reading. Brilliant apartment in a great location with parking - walkable distance to everything but just far enough out that the place was peaceful too. Thought $100 extra for early check in or late check out was a bit much so didn’t bother but that’s up to you! Lovely place to stay though and would 100% recommend 😄
