Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

The house is in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea. The windows overlook the rooftops of Pesaro and the terrace is a small gem where you can spend summer evenings with family and friends. Winter days, on the other hand, will be brightened by the fireplace. The spaces retain the typically Italian flavor, thanks to the terracotta floors and the ancient Marche doors. The house is surrounded by shops, bookstores, restaurants, and is a short walk from a supermarket.

La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the port. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. The bathroom and master bedroom are on the first floor. (Tourist tax 2 euros/person/day to be paid on site).

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

The Orto della Lepre BnB is a small family-run business, which we conceive as a window on our fairytale hills. Our houses are five (Timo, Ortica, Alloro, Salvia, and Pimpinella), built with great attention to energy sustainability and in absolute respect for the environment.
