Monthly Rentals in San Fernando

My honest review. Ben is a great host, hands down!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The initial address on the listing was different than the actual location which he did communicate to me but I missed it. The listing also mentioned a shared hot tub but apparently it shouldn't have been included. Ben did offer to have it up and running. The guest house on this property was lovely and updated except for the kitchen. We had a destination wedding and this AIR BNB was reasonably priced for 3 people (versus a hotel) and fairly close to the venue. The covered parking area was a Godsend because it was unseasonably hot during our stay. The beds were comfortable although the rollaway bed needed some attention. Ben responded to any concern, question and recommendation. The oranges & lemons on the property were amazing and we brought some back home. Thank you!

I absolutely loved staying at Ambers place. It was cozy and felt like home, close to my university (not that close to main LA, but nothing you can’t solve by taking the bus to get to the main city avenues). Amber was always responsive, fixed any problem with the place right away and had a friendly communication as well. I would definetly go back <3
