Loved everything about this apartment. It was spacious with tall ceilings, yet very quiet — the perfect combination. The washer/dryer is a single-unit machine, which might be unfamiliar to some, but it worked just as expected. Host's recommendations were great! I wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Francesco’s beautiful, clean, white apartment is very central but in a quiet residential street. The building has character but is fully refurbished. It was easy to walk to all the sights and restaurants, our highlights were the camera obscura in the giralda (look out tower) and Cafe Royalty. The central market is a must-see too. Very happy with our choice.

Perfectly located apartment for exploring Cádiz. Centrally located and with a great roof terrace. Check-in was easy to follow and Juan gave us access a little earlier which was appreciated. Had a great time - thank you.

Highly recommended: we were warmly and personally received incl. Welcome gift, as well as with city map and useful addresses (restaurants, etc.) and excursion tips and were able to contact the hostess at any time and got an immediate response and help. The location of the tastefully furnished apartment in the old town is perfect and very authentic - from there we could easily explore the city on foot and also the fantastic beach was within walking distance. If we were to travel to Cádiz again, we would want to stay there again.

A complete success. Fully autonomous check-in. Parking 5 minutes' walk away with automatic license plate reading. The street is very quiet, with no noise despite being next to the Cathedral. The hostess was very attentive to my arrival and that everything was correct. The details, such as water, milk, juice, bathrobe, etc. of the apartment are noteworthy, as they are not so usual. Everything is very clean and tastefully decorated, including natural plants. The decorator's good work is evident. It was a very short stay, but without a doubt, given the quality offered, I will return with my partner when I have the chance.

We spent 8 nights in this great apartment. Newly renovated. Location at the entrance to Cádiz, but with a bus stop in front of the portal to go to the center. Parking very close by.

Great host! The flat was equipped with everything, very clean and quiet. Fidel received us with two beers and water in the fridge and a transport card with enough travels for all our stay. The card was super handy to travel around in the city. He recommended nice restaurants and bars. The apartment is really few meters from the beach. We enjoyed it very much.

THE DUPLEX IS SPACIOUS, MODERN, HAS ALL THE COMFORTS INCLUDING A GREAT TERRACE OVERLOOKING CADIZ, THE SHOPPING CENTER OF BAHIA SUR , WHICH HAS EVERYTHING, IS UNDER THIS URBANIZATION. THE POOL AREA IS VERY GOOD, THERE IS ALSO FREE PARKING IN THE ENTIRE AREA. IF IT IS TRUE THAT THE ENTIRE COMPLEX COULD USE A LITTLE MORE MAINTENANCE BUT IN LINEAS GENERAL I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK IN VIEW OF THE VALUE FOR MONEY. VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH THE PROPERTY

Spacious apartment with plenty of parking in the area. Pablo is very friendly and recommended several plans and places to do in the area. He was always available for any questions. I'm delighted with the apartment and recommend it.

We had a great stay at Fernando's. The accommodation was perfectly in line with the description, clean and very well located for discovering the city. Fernando was very welcoming, available and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful apartment right in front of the beach, perfect for a few nights in Cadiz. Not in the old town but I really nice walk along the sea front to get there. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Extremely clean and nice interiors. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Cadiz. Claudia was an excellent host, so welcoming, lots of personal touches on arrival and made such an effort to accommodate our 8 month old baby. She gave us loads of recommendations from food to trips we could avail of throughout our stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the main streets and the beach. It is absolutely spotless. There is a lovely little balcony area to sit and watch the world go by. Highly recommend Claudia’s place for anyone looking to experience a stay in the heart of Cadiz.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The apartment was fabulous and Carmen was very helpful and friendly. Lots to do in the area and lots of great food. Definitely recommended.

I loved this apartment and wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, and just a lovely place to be. It’s in a great location and walkable to everything you might need. Everything was clean and just as it looks in the photos. I also thought the bed was really comfortable. Check-in was seamless because of the instructions provided ahead of time. The only thing I think could be improved is the WiFi in the bedroom. It wasn’t working for me just in that room. In the rest of the apt, the WiFi worked great. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment!

I can’t recommend Sofias place enough, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday. From start to finish Sofia was so helpful, the place is beautiful and so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle outside. A real gem, the photos don’t do it justice.

The apartment is as indicated in the photos and in the description, quiet area, very close to the beach, terrace with sea views and the fully equipped apartment, it is one of the few apartments that has all the kitchen accessories to the full and that is appreciated, perhaps it lacks the oven, but it is not essential to spend a few days. Good agile and quick communication with the host , who was at the indicated time waiting for us , responds super quickly , which is to be appreciated.

Charming accommodation 5 min drive from Conil. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle Very pleasant garden and pool. The house comes with everything you need to spend a great few days.
