It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. Cool in summer due to its thick walls and cozy in winter as it has an electric radiator and fireplace. The patio leads to the terrace with stunning views. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

They are upstairs and can be reached by stairs or elevator. It's close to everything, the market, museums, beaches, the pier, where you can catch boats that will take you to Rota and Puerto de Santa María. Connections with city buses. The train and bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

Located just 4 km from La Playa de La Barrosa and 3 km from the historic center of Chiclana, Esencia Villages is a private complex consisting of three houses, each with private parking, its own garden and all amenities. You can also enjoy great common areas such as an organic garden, among others. In the center of the property is a fourth house where the host lives, who will be happy to personally assist you at any time.

Our 50 m² light-flooded apartment with stunning views over the bay and the harbor of Cádiz is located in a building from 1888. The checkerboard marble floor and wooden ceiling beams give the apartment a special charm. The roof terrace belonging to the house community is only a few steps above the apartment and can be used by our guests at any time. Registered in the "Turismo de Andalucía" register VFT/CA/03651

Located on the first floor without an elevator It has 3 large beds, 1 160 cm bed and 2 110 cm beds on the mezzanine Unlike most 1-bedroom apartments that have 1 bed plus a sofa bed with the inconvenience that it entails (other guests not being able to watch TV while those on the sofa bed sleep, having to assemble and disassemble it, etc.) It's a Plus!!!!

Wonderful apartment, next to the Turuños Natural Park, in the center of the Bay of Cádiz, consists of a bedroom with a 150 bed and a sofa bed, full bathroom and separate kitchen, in a luxury development, beach 100m away. We have increased our strict cleaning and disinfection measures. Pool open from June 20 to September 18. Pets are not allowed.
