We had a couple of wonderful days. The place is very beautiful, the studios have everything you need to spend a couple of days enjoying nature and peace. Everything is very comfortable and if you need to disconnect, but also work, the internet has very good stability and working under the trees is not work. The gardens are spectacular and do not hesitate to book a private session of Sauna and bath in the outdoor tub, with delicious food. The hosts are also very nice people. A unique and unforgettable experience, we're sorry to have to leave so soon but we'll definitely be back.

Ximena's place felt like staying at a friend's beloved home.There's a relaxed, comfy vibe, as shown in the photos, but actually being there, is hard to find words for. It's just very special. Both my friend and I cherished our time there. Some words of advice, pack in your favorite foods, coffee, granola, there's only a small bodega down the road, and frankly once you've landed, you won't wanna leave. The first night Jhonny gave us the name of a wonderful local woman who on relatively short notice prepared us a lovely, healthy meal. Or, venture out to the small restaurant in the village. We ate delicious quesadillas made with fresh tortillas. On hikes, we were told to carry a stick to deter dogs. We never used them but good advice for anyone walking on country roads in Mexico. The dogs we saw were sun sleeping in the middle of the roads. Like I said, it's a good relaxing spot. We loved using the washing machine and hanging our clothes out to dry. We got emotional leaving.

Everything was very good, very attentive

It was our second time staying at Alans. All great and as described. The house is modern and well designed and area nice with some shops and a large kids playground nearby. Would def stay again

An accommodation that is worth what you pay. Although the area is not very close to the center, it offers speed on the main avenues. It's not difficult to get there and the house is in a safe area. It has extra amenities that sometimes make you want to stay in the house, excellent accommodation.

It was an agaradable stay that everyone had their bedroom and several bathrooms greatly facilitated the coexistence ;) everything excellent

This was my first time in Mexico. This air bnb is conveniently located in the heart of Centro, which is a "hub" of Oaxaca, walking distance to most things. The local tour agency is literally across the street from this bnb and has amazing half-day & full-day tour options to all the local attractions. The tours pick you up & drop you off at this bnb. The air bnb loft is modern & updated; perfect size for 1-2 people. Alvaro is an excellent host. He responds promptly to any and all inquiries and is very kind and helpful. This air bnb was a perfect spot to stay to explore Oaxaca.

It was a great location, very walkable, right between the historic center and the cool neighborhood ofJalatlaco. No need for a car, but if you have one, the parking is easy and very secure.

Excellent communication with hosts before and during our stay, including local suggestions and references. They were above and beyond to accommodate us accordingly. The location is impeccable given its close walking distance to centro and fantastic places to eat in close proximity. The unit has everything you would need for a short or longer term stay. I absolutely recommend this BnB and will happily stay here again on my next trip to Oaxaca. Thank you!

Loved my stay here! The apartment is perfect for one or two. The neighborhood feels local yet is very central. Margarita and Eli are wonderful hosts, always ensuring you have everything you need.

We enjoyed this apartment! Rodrigo, again, was an attentive and friendly host! It was spacious and the porch was perfect with such a beautiful view and yoga area! The apartment was in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Walkable to every where you’d need to go. It has a full kitchen (along with necessary equipment) and bathroom was a good size. Big closet space. The AC/Fan/Heater throughout the apartment. Definitely would stay there again

Marcos was a tremendous host and very communicative. His place was everything it was advertised to be.

This is a great place, just to be clear if you haven't noticed, it isn't close to downtown, it may look like it but it really isn't, it is a 10-30 minute drive. But for the price and ammenities there is no comparison. Pros: - New place - Comfy bed - Very trendy - Garage and gated community Cons: The obvious, far from downtown Roads can be tricky to drive It is an apartment complex so noise could be an issue

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

Everything was very good, Fatima was always attentive and kind, even before my arrival. The instructions were clear, he gives you good recommendations, you have everything inside the apartment. You arrive and it smells delicious, the cleanliness is perfect. Suuuuuper recommended

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Totally recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, very clean and exactly as in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and there were all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet, safe and with easy access to shops, restaurants and transportation. The host was very kind, attentive and always available to answer any questions. It was clear that he was concerned about providing a good experience. Communication was clear and fast from the start. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with an excellent host. Thank you for everything!

good place quite and close to down town

The apartment is highly recommended for short or long stays, Alejandro and his wife are super friendly and are always attentive. The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook. The mattress is very comfortable and in general the whole space is impeccable. Two blocks around the apartment you will find a mini-supermarket, pharmacy, oxxo, butcher shop, bakery, laundry and sale of prepared food. There is a bus stop nearby and taxis are cheap as they charge 100 pesos, but if you like to walk you can get to the Zócalo in just 20 minutes, it is very close.
