We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place! She was very welcoming and even greeted us personally when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The house is cozy, warm, and has that homey vibe we truly appreciated. My kids especially loved the honest store—such a thoughtful and charming addition! Although it was just a one-night stay, we really wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommending this place to anyone visiting Lipa. Thank you, Joan!

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Our family had an enjoyable stay at A.J's place Darlaston House. It was very chill and relaxing as if we're at home. The place is near and just walking distance from Serin ayala mall. They provide filtered water so no need to bring water container, they also have towels. I love their big TV with youtube and netflix, you can binge watch. Our dogs also enjoyed they stay as the place is spacious and they can run around. Ate Merle, the caretaker was so accommodating and explains everything when we arrive. Ms. Nellie the cohost also reach out and made sure we're good. This place is very recommended, we will surely come back and probably book 2 night next time.

Jannette was very accommodating and very helpful. She was able to give the directions on the location accurately and provided recommendations on local destinations to visit.

Beautiful place and location. The house was cleaned well and smelled nice. Great for long stays. It is very accessible to the malls, markets, laundry shops, and other local spots. The host was very responsive, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. I stayed for 10 days and had no issues with the place. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Everything was great at Roxy's stunning home away from home! Ac was cold! Amenities are good and working. You can cook, bbq, wash & hang clothes. They even have a computer you can use at their working station. They also havè a cool Videoke system hooked to YT🙂. There's ample space for a group to gather. Best is it has a smart security system installed! :-) We highly recommend this Home! It's got everything you need! We slept soundly here. We had a wonderful time ☺️

We had a great stay. The best private pool. Very clean rooms specially the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and good ac. Love the place, so peaceful and private. Host is very attentive and accommodating. Caretakers are kind & friendly. They are only 1 text away whenever we needed something. Complete amenities. Will surely go back. 👍🏼

Highly recommended! Their place is, if not exactly the same as the photo, I think it’s way better on the actual than the photos. What I love the most is the place is spotlessly clean! Their floor plan is well built and maintained. Beds and towels provided are all nice and clean. The care takers are also helpful and easy to call if you’ll need anything. The only con that I can think of is, its location is a little bit far from tagaytay center and the road is a little bit rough, but we don’t mind because it’s all worth it. Also, we were able to order via grab food so that’s a plus. I’ve seen they also have a contact resto nearby that you can order food. Overall, we had a nice time here at casa farinas. Can’t wait to comeback. ❤️

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Great for families with pets. Very spacious place and lots of greenery kaya di masyadong mainit. Surrounding area is quiet and the place has good amenities as well. Will probably return because it's a nice stay within Batangas City.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. We really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space for a large number of guests. It was also easy to find using Waze. We experienced minor hiccups such as a later check-in as the place was not yet ready when we arrived 5 minutes before check-in time. There was also a delay in serving merienda and drinking water. However, the overall service was good and the resident caretaker was very apologetic. They made it up with the quality of the food we ordered. We especially loved the lomi, okoy, and pugon roasted chicken. We also appreciate that there was a massage service being offered. Both food and massage need to be ordered/booked in advance. Tanya's place is perfect for those seeking quiet and peace with friends and family.

The place is too good that it was so tempting to extend our stay. Ate, the caretaker on site was also so easy to approach. Just checked out but we’re already planning to go back for our next vacation trip.

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful quiet area. Pool and view are very enjoyable. Area has great opportunities for water activities nearby. Ate and Kuya are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast delicious!

Had a great stay here. Peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth and easy. Both the host and the caretaker were super nice and very responsive. They were very attentive to our needs. The place looked exactly like the photos listed here. The experience was 100/10, definitely a gem 💎✨

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with the family! The place was very serene—perfect for unwinding and escaping the busy city. The entire property is well maintained, with lots of amenities to enjoy. The pool was massive and great for both kids and adults. They also have a Karaoke in their place so we had a lot of fun especially my mom and kids. We highly recommend renting the golf car—our children had so much fun exploring the farm! The diner on-site was amazing, and the overall vibe made the whole experience feel like a peaceful retreat. Just a quick tip: bring your own drinking water, and when you arrive, ask the staff where “Kanluran” is so you can find the location right away. Would definitely come back again soon. A great escape for families!

The General’s Villa is a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place, perfect for a family getaway. All the amenities and equipment were available and in great condition. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and really appreciated the host’s flexibility in extending the pool hours for us. We were also allowed to check in early, which was a big plus. The villa is easy to find and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

5 stars! We’ll definitely book again. Kuya Benjie was super accommodating — 10/10! The place is peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully modern. The night view is amazing! A few things to note: • Gate in front is always locked, which is safe but can be inconvenient during the day. Specially when you need to go to market. •Road to the house gets muddy when it rains. Overall, a great stay! Highly recommended. 🌟

Just the usual. Still our go to place when doing projects in Batangas. Carlos and Ate Nena are very helpful, easy to communicate with, and extremely flexible. Still a highly recommended place to stay in Batangas.
