Holiday rentals with a pool in San Jose

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. The place is very clean and beautiful and very private. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. There are a lot of kitchen utensils and appliances for use. This place is highly recommended.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

My stay was wonderful. The home was very nice. The host was wonderful and responsive. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me quickly. The instructions and directions she gave were clear and correct. The neighborhood felt safe. I have no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. We will definitely come back again next year. thank you ate Maricel and husband! see you next year! :)

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

The place looked the same as pictures, it was so clean and so bright during day time which is pleasing to the eyes. The view of Taal was majestic! There are nearby places and restaurants to explore. It also has free parking which is ++ for me! Thank you so much! Will definitely book again! 😊💕

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Would recommend this as a great place to stay. And thank you to our host.

Booked Ms. Katrina’s unit just a day before the start of a conference we had to attend nearby. Everything was exactly as described. The view was really awesome! Ms. Katrina and Sir Nilo were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

Exact images and as described. Room is furnished like a home so its comfortable. The view is the best part. Aside from that only thing I wished was different was access to the front of the building as you have to exit behind the location. So having a car would be probably a great convenience to know next time. Aside from that, the room and the area is beautiful.

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!
