highly recommended. The house comes with a private pool and everything you need to feel at home. private condominium, very safe. has independent bathrooms and airs all over the house. would definitely come back. The host arrives and explains everything very clear to you.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The view was stunning all around, day and night. We needed a information concerning local goings on and we're assisted in a timely fashion. The drive to the mountaintop town is lovely and driving further towards coffee farms, strawberry farms, and the Poas Volcano were lovely! Quick, easy drive from SJO.

I spent a month at Unity and would not hesitate to return. Santiago and Rod do a great job creating a clean, peaceful atmosphere. And I was impressed at how respectful the other guests were of the common areas and quiet hours. This room is cozy with a nice firm mattress and is a comfortable temperature at night. The private bathroom is great too (good hot shower).

The accommodation meets everything offered. It's a beautiful, clean and comfortable place It really went beyond what I expected. The host is very proactive and helpful, and helps a lot with useful instructions. Highly recommended

Like at home: This is the second time we've stayed at this location. It really is quite cozy, clean and impeccably tidy. The green area and the pool allow you to get out of the routine. It's a super safe house. I definitely recommend the place. It has everything and you feel at home.

Roxy is the most amazing host I have ever experienced. So kind, helpful and understanding. Her beautiful home is the absolute perfect location if you are planning a home birth. She has all the best connections for midwives, you have everything you need within walking distance, the house is perfectly set up and the neighbourhood is so friendly. We had the best time at Matthews place. Clean, comfortable, great location, safe… all the things you’d want to have for your stay in Herradura.

I like privacy, if I want to go out I will, but if I want to stay in then I wan privacy. This is what I got at this property. Very quiet area, some wildlife flies/wonders around the property, iguanas, hummingbirds, butterflies, red macaws, etc. The house is roomy, a few details that I have feedback, but not even worth mentioning because they were super minor. Our stay couldn’t be better, very close to the beach, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. My little girls were very sad we had to leave.

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work
