The home is in a super convenient spot with the grocery market, restaurants and Starbucks attached to the community, which we loved!! As for the host, she was incredibly responsive at all hours and made this trip seamless. Highly recommend !

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.

The place is very nice, it feels like you are at home. The pool water is always warm. The hosts are very friendly. I will definitely stay there again. 5 very nice days

Mornings began with tropical bird songs and breakfast on the sunny deck with a view of the Sea of Cortez. The bed was very comfortable, the shower luxurious, and the kitchen well-equipped for simple meals. We enjoyed a few refreshing swims in the shared pool. Erika was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Restaurants and shops in Costa Azul and San José del Cabo were just a short Uber ride away. We also rented a car to explore the area and loved visiting the nearby Palmilla public beach. The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, which made us feel safe and relaxed. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Nicole's place is very centric, literally a couple blocks away from the main attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need, even beach towels. It was a little noisy because of construction and loud music from nearby clubs but nothing too crazy. Nicole had the courtesy of leaving earplugs and even snacks for us. That was very thoughtful. She was very responsive and quick to help us.

I stayed here for 5 nights in March and loved it! I especially loved the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen, and I had great sleeps on the soft bed. The neighbourhood is quiet and a 20-min walk from the beach, 30-min walk from centro, and 10-min walk to the buses you can take to the swimming beaches. This was ok for me but I like to walk. For the average person, it might be best to have a car to stay here. Jennifer was a very attentive host.

The stay with Yaroslaw was amazing, quiet area, good amenities and the apartment was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean accomodation, well finished and new. There were high quality fixtures and fittings: nice linen and pillows, toiletries, good frying pans etc. The shower was fantastic - hot and good power. The location was walking distance from four huge supermarkets and around a half hour walk to a lovely beach or the historic centre. We initially had trouble finding the place as the Google map pin was at the wrong end of the street, but once the host provided an updated pin, we found it easily. We also found the key pads to enter the property and accommodation a bit challenging until we got the hang of it (you had to pull the door closed, so it removed the pressure from the locks to enable them to work). The accommodation was as advertised, but we would have appreciated a coffee machine and something comfy too sit on.

We loved staying at the Viceroy and cannot wait to return. The room with the outside patio was gorgeous, the hotel ground was nothing we’ve ever experienced before. We had such a wonderful time and regret not staying longer.

The condo was as described and really very nice. It’s a great value compared to the price of hotels in the area. The pool and hot tub were lovely and warm even though the air was chilly. We found parking right outside the front door. The manager was available immediately with questions. The place was immaculate and had nice touches. The kitchen is good for basic things for a short stay but for a longer stay it would be lacking some things for more in depth meal preparation. I wish drinking water and coffee were provided. We’d return for sure.

Very good accommodation, it has everything for you to have a pleasant stay, you just have to arrive with your suitcases. Quiet location, easy to get to if you use the map. Affordable price for what it offers. The only drawback may be the parking space, although the property has its own spaces, sometimes the neighbors do not respect them and you cannot find a place, other than that, it is totally recommended.

10/10 experience at this rental. Extremely impressed with the communication from the host and the quality of the entire experience from start to finish. We had booked a hotel close by and had one of the worst experiences at the hotel. I reached out last minute to this Airbnb and was able to check in same day late at night. Truly saved our entire trip and could not be more thankful. Unit is exactly as advertised and located in a perfect area. Would book this over and over again on future trips to Cabo.

My stay at Steve's studio, was ample space for 2 people, althought I was there by myself. Totally enjoyed being there, very comfortable and friendly people all around. I would highly recommend and stay again! Pools are great and easy access to the fabulous beach. Most of all I felt safe with the 24 hour security, although not in a dangerous area, but traveling alone it was important.

We were here for a music festival and other than going to the supermarket (which is nicer than the ones we go to in the states) we didn't do anything in the area. the pool area is nice and peaceful and the beach is beautiful but huge waves so not safe to swim when we were there. Would stay there again.

Hands down one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Beautiful condo, friendly staff, grounds very well maintained and general location was wonderful! Jeff was super helpful and we appreciated the ease of check in after a long travel day. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a lot! The view was spectacular. Such a beautiful place and we miss it already.

The airbnb was close to local beaches, restaurants, and the Mariana. Amazing location and Alejandra was an amazing host!! She was responsive and gave great tips and advice.

The accommodation is very nice. It is very close to the beach and the hotel area in case you attend an event/congress in a hotel. Communication with Maureen was very simple and fluid. The arrival time was flexible. If I had the chance to return to this apartment, I would do it without hesitation.

We absolutely loved staying with Pam in Cabo! The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice, it’s so much nicer and great in person! The place overlooks the private pool so it was super easy to go right in every day. The location is super walkable too so we were able to walk to breakfast every morning! Pam also provided extremely great instructions for getting there, how to get to the beach, and local recommendations as well! We plan on staying with her again very soon
