Condo holiday rentals in San José Province

This was an excellent unit. Much cozier and comfortable than many I’ve stayed in. When I arrived, there was a broken window shade. I let the host know and they immediately offered to fix it! They were also very understanding when I broke a pitcher of water on the ground. Thanks!

I said that Giovanni’s during my first trip to Costa Rica. Location was great. There were tons of things to do nearby. The building is very secure and the food was really good. Downstairs at the pasta bar, but also nearby restaurants never takes more than four or five minutes for an Uber to arrive at the condo. Definitely work. Price and I will definitely stay there again. Next time that I’m in San Jose.

Passamos quatro noites e saímos muito satisfeitos. Além da ótima localização — a poucos passos da linha de trem e cercada de restaurantes, padarias e serviços — o edifício impressiona pela qualidade e estrutura: piscina aquecida, academia bem‑equipada, salões de festa, espaços de co‑working, sala de reunião e até cinema privativo. As áreas comuns são bem cuidadas e oferecem vistas lindas da cidade. Dentro, o apartamento entrega tudo que promete: • Cozinha completa com utensílios de qualidade, ideal para quem prefere cozinhar; • Sala ampla e confortável, varanda com pôr do sol de San José de encher os olhos; • Dois quartos bem decorados, roupa de cama caprichada, armários espaçosos, TV e ar‑condicionado em cada um; • Dois banheiros, um social e outro na suíte. A anfitriã Jennifer merece menção especial: sempre solícita, respondia rapidinho e resolveu todas as nossas dúvidas. Recomendo a estadia!

The apartment is spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of room in closet and dresser for clothes. Nice pool area with pool towels in apartment. Neighborhood is upscale and safe. Fresh Market grocery store about a block away through a park. Can walk to the National Museum of Costa Rican Art passed the stadium and through Sabana Park. Can walk to car rentals as well. Good restaurants… Naan and Curries for Indian, Matsuri for sushi, Veranito for poke bowls, Stella Ristorante for Italian. Highly recommend.

We loved the place! Great location and has such an amazing view!! A very cute place. If we come back to this area we would def want to stay here again!

definitivamente Secrt es una joya. El apartamento de Wendy es una experiencia desde el confort hasta las excelentes vistas a la metropoli. El hecho de poder usar todas las amenidades del edificio es un plus y la piscina temperada es genial. A pesar de que no compramos nada, Wendy tenia amenidades a la mano a la venta lo cual nos parece una excelente e interesante propuesta. Wendy amable desde el inicio. Una excelente opción.

Un muy buen lugar para quedarse, siempre son atentos a las consultas que uno realiza y el alojamiento es muy cómodo, seguro, y tiene una excelente ubicación.

I had a great stay! The place was clean and very comfortable, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible throughout the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

Steven is a great host. accommodating and responsive. place is always clean and comfortable. Will continue to stay here in the foreseeable future when in San Jose

Excelente lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. La decoración estaba bien bonita. El edificio tiene vista fabulosa, una barra en el lobby y la decoración de los pisos con diferentes concepto me gusto. 100% recomendado.

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

Wonderful artistic apartment! It was so elegantly decorated with a touch of humor. I enjoyed my stay and loved playing the records while reading the lovely books from their library. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials to cook. I highly recommend this place for a special experience. Host was great with communication and the security guards were helpful and friendly.

Maggie & Ray were great hosts! They were super responsive when anything came up and the apartment was great

Estuvimos 3 noches en este hermoso apartamento, muy acogedor, limpio y con una decoración muy relajante y delicada. Alejandro es un excelente anfitrión muy preocupado por los detalles para hacer muy placentera nuestra estancia. Me encantó la seguridad que ofrece el lugar … muy cerca de todo y a la vez muy privado y lejos del ruido. Un lugar al que volvería sin dudarlo! Recomendado para personas a las que les gusta sentirse en un ambiente Nítido, con mucha Paz y Hermoso. Mi esposo y yo somos personas muy selectivas y valoramos mucho la comodidad y en realidad nos sentimos como en casa! Fue Genial…

This was the best Airbnb I’ve had in my entire life experienced the host was very polite and respectful and the location and unit was spectacular and beautiful views. I would rent this unit again. Also the security around environment made you feel safe at home. And the restaurants and a mini market across the streets made it super convenient. This was Excellent phenomenal and very secure building. I also like the simple fact washer/dryer inside unit saves you a lot of time. Everything was on point. Thank you so much and I would recommend anyone and Also take care of this unit for others to experienced the daytime and nightlife environment.
